Not happy as was told today my platinum service program only covers $50. Never was informed that by selling finance dept. upon perusal of my terms and condition no where does it say this. I used to love the service department, but since the pandemic it has gone down hill big time. Last time I was charged for a tire rotation and oil change, but the rotation was never completed because th pandemic it has gone down hill big time. Last time I was charged for a tire rotation and oil change, but the rotation was never completed because they did not have my wheel lock. The service tech didn't think to tell me nor did they take the rotation charge off my bill. When I returned home I realized it didn't seem the rotation was done as I have a scratched rim which was still in the same spot. I had to call a few times to even get my tech on the phone and when I finally did was told they weren't able to complete it. I have been servicing my Kia here for over 3 years and doubt I'll be coming back. Service department needs a customer service and procedure training, as well as a better way to contact support because by phone is a battle and a half if you even get somebody. (I had left several messages including some for the service manager and none worker returned) - this went on for months. Also, I have an expensive extended premium warranty which I purchased directly from another Kia dealer when I bought my vehicle. You've repeatedly honored in the past and this time when I ask about a noise under the hood am told there's a fee of over $100 an hour to check the problem. Ridiculous. I'm not impressed any longer and sadly, I used to rave about your service department and how well I was treated times past. I get that covid made things more difficult but it's been 8 months so figure it out. More

Arrived a few minutes early to my appointment and my car was taken within a few minutes. Perfectly spaced out for social distancing and Ivan Cardoso was very accommodating and pleasant.
