The entire service department staff at this dealership is 100% top notch!! I wish I knew more of them by name but I have a bad memory. There is a woman who handles appointments that is the best, a woman (as 100% top notch!! I wish I knew more of them by name but I have a bad memory. You've had my car for 2 months now...I have 20 year/200,000 mile warranty...it is a 2017 Kia Optima and burns oil within 3,000 miles of driving it after getting complete oil changes on a regular b year/200,000 mile warranty...it is a 2017 Kia Optima and burns oil within 3,000 miles of driving it after getting complete oil changes on a regular basis. Not even a word on what's going on with it....just sitting at Kia....poor poor service and a lemon of a car. More
