This dealership is the most difficult place to get an oil change and vehicle serviced. They book out 10 days which is unacceptable. You should be able to call and schedule an oil change within a day or two. I also broke down on a Friday and had to have the car towed around 10:00am. (A car that was only 2 years old). They never called to update me on my car like they said and they couldn’t even diagnosis it until Tuesday. The manager told me he had many cars with the same light on so it would have to wait. I explained I just wanted it diagnosed so I knew if I needed to find another car to get around and for how long. If there are that many cars with the same problem there, then that is a bigger problem. We were considering getting a larger car like thwarted Telluride, but unfortunately because of this service center, we decided to go with a GMC Acadia. I have owned a few Kia vehicles in the past and was bummed to have had to leave the KIa family but I couldn’t handle the way the service department runs any longer. More
