Horrible Customer Service, I took my 2020 KIA Sportage in, due to the AC not working! I was told the condenser was damaged by a foreign object and would not be covered by warranty, $904 to be exact! I too in, due to the AC not working! I was told the condenser was damaged by a foreign object and would not be covered by warranty, $904 to be exact! I took it to another dealership, my AC was fixed by replacing an O ring, which was missing/damaged at the factory. I have emails and paperwork with the bogus estimate from KIA Attleboro. I will never visit KIA of Attleboro again. I reached out to the salesperson and spoke to two service workers, which were all useless during this whole ordeal. More

I purchased my vehicle a month ago at a good price and rate. A month later I haven’t driven the vehicle once because the dealership has had my vehicle for repair since purchase.
