I believe the dealer should contact me instead because firstly, I don’t know where to contact or who to talk to and I do not want to receive the same experience as when I tried to contact them in the first place since no one called back. If the dealer is willing to amend this situation then the dealer should contact me.

I took my vehicle in the following weekend to get the Recalls done that never got done the prior visit. The service manager alberto had promised a courtesy vehicle during the prior visit just to find out he lied again. He said for simple recalls they dont lend cars, thats not what he promised a week prior. Lousy service. False promises.

Your answer is confusing to me. I have called at least 8 times, and every time I call, there is never a manager available to speak to me. I've left messages, asked people to leave my name and number multiple times, and no one bothers to return my call. It is actually more frustrating to keep trying to call.
