Had my Soul in service due to windows not operating. They replaced the main driver's side control panel. Charged me $998 which was outrageous to me. They also said I needed new brakes. I went to this dealership because I was too far from home due to wife in hospital so I couldn't use my mechanic. I told them I would wait to get home before fixing brakes. My mechanic showed me the brake pads which had 95% life left. I would never use this dealer again for anything. By the way the windows stopped working today so it lasted two months. More
The guy in finance basically lied and told me i was required to buy gap insurance. He kept all the signed papers next to him and staples them inwards so it's difficult to review. He then said I could come back after 3 months to request a refund for the insurance knowing full well I wouldn't get a full refund unless I requested it within 30 days of purchase. When I contacted kia customer affairs, a different person basically said all I had to do was come in and sign a request for refund. The finance guy Reynaldo refused to give me the form saying it wasn't in his system yet. After arguing with me and insisting that I didn't understand how things work, I called customer affairs in front of him which made him magically produce the form. He offered no apologies or explanation and was short with me. I doubt he will turn the paperwork in time. Illegal business practices, lying to customer. More

My wife and I purchased a new Telluride from your dealership back in September from Erick Rodriguez. We originally had a great experience with your entire team and were very happy with our decision to visit and purchase from you. As we were doing the final walk through of our new vehicle we found a small issue with one of the rear windows where the trim was damaged. Erick took a photo and wrote up a damage ticket (page with the side view of the car and circled the window) and said that he would order the part and let us know when it arrived to have it replaced. We waited about 3 weeks before reaching back out to Erick about the issue and he replied very quickly letting us know that the part was back ordered and he is still waiting for it. This makes perfect sense knowing what is going on with the supply chain issues at the time. So we waited assuming we would get a call within a few more weeks. After not hearing anything for another 2 months we reached out to your dealership to ask about our window and see if it was available. The person who helped us was very friendly and looked into our file and then came back on the phone and told us there was nothing listed about our issue and no window trim had been ordered. At this time I reached back out to Erick directly to see what was going on. 2 weeks went by with no response so I reached out one more time to ask if he still worked for Kia or If we were on our own to get our "NEW" car fixed the way it should have been months ago. He responded apologizing for the late response and stated the part is still on backorder. We did not have any faith at this time because we were already told that there was no documentation or order for our vehicle and I let him know this. That was the last response I received from Erick. We are beyond frustrated and disappointed with our experience at Kia Alhambra. We love the vehicle but feel like we were ripped off paying the price we did when we are just being blown off for months trying to get our vehicle fixed to the condition it should have been when we left the lot in September. I bought my 2016 Kia Soul and all kinds of accessories for it. I installed all the accessories myself except for the spoiler because its requires for a hole to be drilled. A few years later, I found out that the spoiler was detached on the passenger side so I called the dealer and spoke to Alberto from the service department. He told me I should have brought the car to the autobody shop instead of calling the dealer. He also mentioned that I gave him stress. He was very rude but I wanted the dealer to take responsibility to fix the problem. He scheduled me in and told me to leave the car there for two days. So I did but when I got the car back, he claimed that he put the screw on the detached part in and billed me nearly $400 for a single screw. I refused to pay but in the end he still made me pay $190. He also mentioned that what happened to me was not his fault and that Kia has no liability on what they did. Every time I call and speak to someone for something they didn't do correctly I have to pay for an additional charge? I want to discuss this matter with the service manager whose name is showed on the receipt, so I called and the phone was never answered. I left a messaged and never received a call back. Also when I was discussing the matter with Alberto for overcharging me, one of the Kia employees heard the conversation and think that what he did was not right, so that person gave me the general manager's name and phone number. I contacted the general manager and the phone was never answered. I left a message and never received a call back. I felt like I was scammed at the first time and now I got ripped off by the service department. At the same time I want to mention that every time I do a service and come back, I see scratches on my car on top of the roof and hood. I believe they put things on top of the car and drag items off when they need them. More

The Service Dept was very good in dealing with my maintenance with full explaination and friendly services, works done correctly and meet more than my expectations. Service Rep. I received a quote on new 2022 Sportage by email. It showed a price, a financing payment and lease payment amounts. As soon as I got there they told me great but then gave me a quote about $4000 higher showed a price, a financing payment and lease payment amounts. As soon as I got there they told me great but then gave me a quote about $4000 higher which included $3000 dealer charge just because the market was higher now. I felt that it was inappropriate and the lease price went up from $245 to almost $400. Very bad business practice as far as I was concerned. I left without a car obviously because I will not deal a deceptive company!!! More
It took over 4 hours to get my car. Unbelievable. Not to mention some worker there broke a piece of my interior in my car. Maria explained to me everything and presented me with my options. Once there, she was waiting for me. There were no hidden charges, everything was very well explained. It was my first time leasing, and they made it work. Rafael did my test drive and explained to me how to use all the car accessories patiently. If you want to buy or lease a car, definitely go there! They were great and they will work with you to have what you need in this shortage! More
