This dealership is HORRIBLE! !! I have made 5 calls (4 to service, 1 to sales) and NO ONE has answered the phone yet! I will not EVER have a car serviced here again nor ever even !! This dealership is horrible. They do their salesmanship pitch and act so customer focused when they are selling you a car, but they are not for the customer. They are quick to up-sell you everything from gap insurance to an extended warranty plan but have every excuse when you take your car and tell them the warranty contract covers bumper to bumper. Without seeing our car, the service person said the issues at hand may not be covered and we would have to pay $230 separate diagnostic fee for each issue we identified and there are three issues: power seats not moving forward or back, AC not working at times unless I restart the vehicle, and my computer monitor went completely black one day last week as I was driving. We paid $2499 for extended warranty, bought the car here, have brought it in for service here, purchased tires here, brakes, etc. I was over-charged for an oil change at $150 on 3/15/24. When the vehicle was a couple months old, the battery died, and the dealer was quick to want to sell us a new battery - Batteries are covered for 36 months. They also wanted to sell us brakes at a couple months old which of course we didn't get because we didn't need them. These people are the worse. Consumers beware. More

Con elderly buyers into a horrible deal… asking for high down payments, refusing trade-in, bad lease terms and all by rushing the consume despicable. When I got there I asked the man about the estimate and he ignored me. Then he said it wasn't him. I asked my wife again and she pointed the same man out and said yes that's him. I asked him again and he said he never checked our car in and I pointed at our car in their service area and said yes you did it's there. He snapped at me rudely and tried walking off. I followed him and asked since you're not being honest with me who can I speak to and he began calling for what I assume was his supervisor. I believe his name was Alberto. When I told him we just want the regular service he said ok and we left. When we came back for our car I tried asking Alberto why my wife wasn't given an option on the service packages and just told that estimate was over $600. He lied as well and said he did. There would be no reason my wife would be lying. I was heading down there behind her to pick her up as we dropped the car off to begin with. She called me as I'm coming around the corner to tell me they were trying to charge $600 for the car. Anyway I tried asking this Alberto and he just brushed me off and kept saying no no no. And when I told him about the rude employee he did the same thing, just laughed it off and ushered me out of his office. More

Frank the GM promised he'd take of that and ..nothing. If the GM won't come through you know where the problems are - right at the top. There's so much more but you get the point. Buy somewhere else. I was treated horrible, was given a quote on the work and it was not true. I purchased a 2017 kia .and because i never did a oil change with kia i used my mechanic they denied me help and discounts with my 3 it was not true. They judge me over it. and at the end told me i needed a new engine my new bill was 12000 for a new engine. I had to pick up my car and take it to get worked on somewhere else. If you go to them for service and oil changes they help you. they treat you kindly ad fix your car.. I'm sorry for going to get my oil change at a mechanic that charges me 60$ verses paying 100$ at kia. It's been the worse stressful experience. More
AWFUL, and liars. I reached out about a car I wanted that was listed as available online, and I was ready to purchase it with secured financing. Omar responded to me asking if he could call, text or email. I said text was preferred and gave my number, and asked if I could get a final price quote on the car. Instead he sent me a 30 second video ad about their dealership. Omar’s manager Edwin then reached out and asked if I needed anything. I told him I had asked for the quote from Omar. Edwin then did not respond. Fast forward to the next day, I receive an email from “Andrea” saying the car I want is available and asked if I would like to come in for a test drive. I then called the dealer to verify availability. I spoke with JP, who did not recognize Andrea’s name at first seemingly had no clue and said he would go check their lot and call me right back. So then I directly teplied to Andrea’s email letting her know I am checking with JP. I received an error message saying Andrea’s email address did not exist. 25 minutes pass and I had still not heard from JP, who supposedly just needed to go check the lot. Instead I then get a call from, surprise surprise, Omar! Omar then told me the car I want is actually not available, the one I asked for is in transit and won’t be here for another month and a half. I asked him why I received an email saying it was available and I could test drive it, and he said, and I quote, “that’s just a generic email we send out to see if you’ll respond. I’ve been trying to get ahold of you and haven’t been able to.” Well, no Omar, I responded to your email asking for quote and you sent me a homemade commercial, not a quote. He then quickly transitioned to try selling me a different trim and engine type for the car that was thousands more. I told him I was not interested, and that it was frustrating and did not make sense to receive a false, baiting email about availability, and he said “doesn’t make sense to me either, bud. But I wanted to reach you out and let you know when it will be available.” I told him there will be one available sooner at my local dealer, and he “alright then, bud, good luck” and hung up on me. Never dealt with a worse dealer and I never even set foot on the lot. Believe all the other bad reviews, this place is pathetic and full of frauds. More
