This process included her sending me pictures, calling for no other reason than to wish me a happy birthday and driving between lots to bring me a car that she wasn't sure I would even like! She didn't stop there. She stayed with me to show me the new features of my new car & when I forgot something, she patiently showed me how again...and always with a smile!
