This has to be the worst store in America They started with braking my lug but covers the first time I took it for service. I communicated with them over and over to get them replaced...to this day they won’t replace them... they would not horn or coupons I purchased through Kia Corporate when I bought my car in North Carolina. The coupons have no expiration date. I was told the remainder of coupons still in my book had been used...NOT TRUE... I took it for cruise to be fixed and they said they could not find a problem...I am going to write a review and letter and send to corporate. This should not be happening. I will have to take my vehicle to Bham... More
