About mid week I called to schedule my Kia Sorrento for a routine oil change, tire rotation and balance. It is difficult for me to take off during the week since I work out of town. The receptionist was very accommodating and was able to fit me in on Saturday morning. That morning I arrived a few minutes early and they checked me in immediately and verified the services needed. I decided to stay while my vehicle was being worked on and was invited to stay in their comfortable waiting area. They had both coffee and water available, I enjoyed a cup of coffee. They also had wifi available,, this is very convenient for those who need to get some worked completed while they wait or just to surf the web. However, I my wait time was exceptionally quick about 35 minutes. The check-out was quick and was thanked for my patronage more than once. I plan to continue to use their service center and would strongly recommend the Kia Store at Rainbow City. Marshall was courteous and kept us informed throughout the process. We were in the market for a 2017 Kia Sportage- my 90 year old grandmother was ready to trade in her 2011 model. After checking out some Chattanooga dealerships, including Kia of Chattanooga and Infiniti of Chattanooga, we decided to expand our search. Boy are we glad we did! We got a trade in offer nearly double that of what Infiniti of Chattanooga offered us. The actual transaction was very quick. We were in and out in thirty minutes. Vernon was quick to help and got the deal completed quickly. Amber was so kind and friendly while we waited for our trade in to be inspected.
