Tony Brown was very friendly and helpful to us when we were in need of a new vehicle. He was so wonderful in helping us select our car when my husband was very ill. My son and I actually went on the tes were in need of a new vehicle. He was so wonderful in helping us select our car when my husband was very ill. My son and I actually went on the test drive and loved the 2012 KIA Forte EX and Tony handled everything for us. He made it so easy for my ill husband to sign the paperwork and made the time he was needed minimal. He called to see that we were still loving our car after the sale was made and he always came up to us and gave us a hug when we were in for service and he saw us. We can't express how very helpful Tony was to us and just how much we appreciated and enjoyed our experience with him and KIA Store East. We give Tony A FIVE STAR rating hands down!! Thank You Tony!! I went to 2 kia store locations.. one sales person was polite; however his manager was condescending and rude as he kept interrupting and correcting me. So i tried the one by the mall just to have some punk kid make me feel like a lowlife because I had bad credit and my co-signer worked at a temp agency.. I felt that they gave up because the deal wouldn't have come easily enough for them.. Well its ok KIA because I got a brand new HONDA instead, they had no problem with my co-signers job or my credit score.. and you know what HONDA comes standard with a/c too... More

Both dealerships told me that on a compara I had been jumping back and forth between sam swope and the kia store trying to get myself the best deal. Both dealerships told me that on a comparable vehicle they could match the other dealerships pricing, and all that stuff. I was looking for a used car with about 60k-70k miles on it and willing to spend about 10k, both dealerships had comparable cars, and honestly I was pretty happy with both prices being offered, and either deal would have been great with me. What it came down to in the end is financing and the relationship I built with the folks at the Kia Store. I am not sure if it was the vehicle I was buying or the companies The Kia Store uses, but they found me a great loan that I was extremely comfortable with the term and the rate, so that was a big part of my decision. What really set me over the edge was the relationships I built with my salesmen Tyyu Redd, and the manager Willie. Both were extremely patient and helpful to me throughout the entire buying process. They remembered who I was every time and really value my time. I knew that going forward if I had any problems with my vehicle that I would want to work though them. I owned a Kia Sportage that I bought at The Kia Store about 6 months ago. I absolutely loved my Sportage but with the kids and the dogs I decided I wanted something bigger. I did not want bigger payments though so I was curious to see how it would play out. So I want back to the Kia Store East and told them my situation, the manager Michael said he would see what they could find. Within minutes a salesmen pulled a used 2010 Sorento up to the front. It had less miles than my Sportage and significantly more room. Michael told me that they could keep my payments the same and get me in and out of there. They handled me with the same honesty and patience that they did the first time. I will be buying my next car from the Kia Store East as well. More
