Linda's Experience Elliot helped me on my visit. He was polite and answered all my questions. He invited me into the waiting "lounge". It was clean and comfortable with Elliot helped me on my visit. He was polite and answered all my questions. He invited me into the waiting "lounge". It was clean and comfortable with snacks and drinks and a TV. When my car was ready he came and took me to the desk where he explained everything they had done to my car. He then showed me out to where my car was waiting. It was a pretty successful adventure...just getting a tune-up! More

Great Experience at Kia service dept. Schad A. Snoke was my service advisor. He was professional and polite. He made sure I was aware that I needed a new cabin air filter and a new engine Schad A. Replaced wiring harness The service shop replaced a faulty wiring harness quickly and at no cost. I liked the service department and felt they did a good job. The only thing The service shop replaced a faulty wiring harness quickly and at no cost. I liked the service department and felt they did a good job. The only thing I did not like was that I had to go to customer service to get the job done free. I should have been free as the issue was not caused by me and it is a new car. I really like my car and I am glad it got a KIA. I also rate customer service with 5 stars. More
