A team that went beyond I was only expecting to either get turned away or drive of the lot in a car with extremely high miles, over priced and no warranty because of past cre I was only expecting to either get turned away or drive of the lot in a car with extremely high miles, over priced and no warranty because of past credit issues after a divorce. I desperately needed a new car. I was surprised my trade in even made it to KIA without without blowing a head gasket bc it overheated so badly. I needed an affordable monthly payment a low down payment and a car that would last. I gave Rob my terms and he stayed optimistic. The entire team did, Mike, Lulu and Rob stayed on the phones for hours trying to find a lender that would accept me. I almost gave up and accepted the fact that no lender would accept me unless my interest was so high that my payment would be impossible. Mike finally got a lender to take me after hours of calls. Everyone of them worked for me and I drove off in a car with only 24k miles, excellent condition and only a few years old. They didn't give up and because of that I have a safe car I feel comfortable driving my daughter in and I can afford it. Rob, LuLu and Mike make one helluva team!!! More

Worst Car Shopping experience EVER!! Worst car shopping experience I have EVER encountered. I researched the car I wanted online and saw that with 3k down I could get a low monthly payme Worst car shopping experience I have EVER encountered. I researched the car I wanted online and saw that with 3k down I could get a low monthly payment, so I decided to go into Kia East and test drive the car I was interested in. First and foremost I should say our salesperson, Brittany was GREAT! She was very helpful, respectful, not pushy and eager to help us find the right car. Our nightmare began when we had to deal with Honolulu in the finance department. When I inquired about the monthly payment I saw online I was told by Honolulu that is only for people with credit scores of 850 or higher. Honolulu asked if she could run my credit and I reluctantly agreed. FYI - something I didn't realize, when they run your credit it isn't just one time, I had 7 hard inquiries that day. The only reason I agreed to let Honolulu run my credit is because she said she could get my monthly payment where I needed it. Not the case, because I don't have a credit score of 850 or higher (and according to Equifax and Transunion I have excellent / good credit)!! We left that night and I honestly felt completely disrespected by Honolulu!! She also is an extremely fast talker and she caught herself a few times giving me the wrong information. There was another gentleman in finance that I spoke with as I was leaving that night, and he was very pleasant and helpful. We decided to give it another go a few days later much to my hesitation and we tried to negotiate a deal. The car had a sticker price of $15,104 and I asked for $15,104 out the door - including all doc fees and taxes. Again, we had to deal with Honolulu and she rudely stated she couldn't do that deal because I was causing her to loose money. I asked her to show me how she was loosing money and she brought me over to her computer where she showed me the "Suggested Cashier" value and it was $15,902.00 and I was asking for $15,104.00 out the door. She definitely insulted my intelligence by showing me this non sense. When I asked what the "Suggested Cashier" price was she stated it was the amount they have put into the car. REALLY? Kia won't be in business very long if they have an expense of $15,902 in an automobile with a $15,104 sticker price. Long story short, everyone at Kia East seemed to be helpful, except Honolulu. In my opinion she is extremely disrespectful and rude. RUN, RUN, RUN if you see Honolulu coming!!!! More
