They are very on point with the service time. The shuttle service that is provided is excellent, as well. I was not aware of a recalled part but Paul made sure I was aware and had the work done in timely manner. When you walk out of the service area when car is ready, they will walk you to your car, instead letting you find where they parked your car. More
