well satisfied I had an 8:15 a.m. appointment 5/16/17. Marvin (I think that was his name) greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He was very helpful and took I had an 8:15 a.m. appointment 5/16/17. Marvin (I think that was his name) greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He was very helpful and took all my information and did a check on my car within minutes. Paul Bibbins was my service advisor. I received a call that my car was ready. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and waited upon by Anna and Marvin. I had a coupon for the tire rotation in my car and I asked if I needed to go get it. Anna spoke to Schad in a red shirt behind another desk. He told me no I didn't need to go get the coupon, took my bill from Anna and immediately took the $10.00 off and handed it back. Within minutes I had given my credit card and had the paid receipt in my hand. I could not have asked for better or friendlier service. I felt like their #1 concern was my satisfaction and they were successful! Many thanks for a job well done! More
