Taylor Kline is a manager that we have had way too many problems with! Bought a car from them in July of 2021. We were told it was remote start and it wasn't. We were told that it had floor mats and it did problems with! Bought a car from them in July of 2021. We were told it was remote start and it wasn't. After months of waiting for the title and repeatedly coming in to get new temp tags there was a conversation with a manager that told me he was going to detail our brand new car once the mats came in and guess what they came in but the dealership would not detail the car. They stated it would cost them $175 and refused to do it. They also finally got the floor mats in but only gave us two. Taylor Kline is so unprofessional, dishonest and just down right rude. The whole dealership is a joke! The only decent and honest person working there is John Hampton! He is great but it's his bosses that are arrogant. I will be contacting the owner of this location and the BBB over this. $35k on a brand new car and they can't detail it or provide me with floor mat or a remote start like promised, just wow!! More
Worst experience ever. Had fiancé go look at car. Salesman made appointment for 5pm. I arrived at 4 pm (and hour early) and salesman said I have to check on service and detail Dept. After 15 minutes Salesman made appointment for 5pm. I arrived at 4 pm (and hour early) and salesman said I have to check on service and detail Dept. After 15 minutes he comes back and says car is sold. What a load of bs. Car wasn’t sold. They didn’t want to sell to us. Wasted our time and are very shady. Stay far away. More
Disgusted with the employees here. The finance manager, Jason argued with me and my mother over the phone for 20 minutes because his employee lied to us. I sent an email to the store manager telling her that we didn't want to be in the same room as this guy again and what had happened…She asked to call but never did. Then, next time I went in, the front desk lady (multiple sales employees apologized for her actions) yelled at me (sales people had to run up to stop her and said this was normal behavior for her)…then went and got the finance manager specifically to put me in the same room as him after I told her multiple times that I didn’t feel comfortable being in the same room - to try and manipulate and overpower me. To make me feel uncomfortable so I'd leave the issue. Jason and the front desk lady kept saying, “Well he doesn’t recognize you, so that must not have happened”. The argument with him occurred over the phone -something I’d mentioned a few times. Those horrible situations, coupled with the bad treatment from a maintenance employee, tells me that the leadership isn’t doing their jobs here. NO company should ever allow employees to treat their customers like my mother and I have been treated. When I was able to speak with the store manager, she said that she’d never received my email (though she replied to it). She did an amazing job helping to fix some of the car issues we were having, but never asked about the situations with her employees. The toxic environment here is disgraceful and nothing is being done about it other than some employees apologizing quietly to me. (The only department that I had a great experience with was the sales department. Those were also the people who apologized for my treatment) More

Horrible experience. I was scheduled to test drive a used vehicle. They texted me to ask if I still planned on coming. To which I said yes. I arrive, asked for the salesman who was texting me (Joey), who com vehicle. They texted me to ask if I still planned on coming. To which I said yes. I arrive, asked for the salesman who was texting me (Joey), who comes up to me and says, "I'm sorry, but we JUST sold that car". What a joke. Nothing but lies. Don't trust them!!! More
