I will be recommending Kia East Our '08 Sedona with close to 200,000 miles and was still running strong (without any issues over the years!) until someone hit us over New Years weeke Our '08 Sedona with close to 200,000 miles and was still running strong (without any issues over the years!) until someone hit us over New Years weekend. Since it was totaled, we had to start car shopping. Our first stop was Kia East. Since the Sedona was so reliable, and our kids are still young, we had our hearts set on another Sedona. Martin was helpful. The others (Hana and the gentleman that handled the final paperwork) were very pleasant and efficient to work with. Be sure to have time available - the process can be long. I have fallen in love with our new 2018 Sedona and appreciate the time taken to assure that my family and I drove off in exactly what we needed. I will be recommending Kia East. More

Excellent Service Accompanied my daughter on her car buying mission last weekend. We started at one of the big name dealerships and were less than impressed with their Accompanied my daughter on her car buying mission last weekend. We started at one of the big name dealerships and were less than impressed with their sales style. On top of that they had an older version of the same car my daughter ended up buying with more miles listed at a higher price than the Kia dealer, and they weren't looking to deal. When I informed them that we were looking elsewhere, out came the old "wait and talk to the manager before you leave" spiel. Just a pure stereotypical auto buying experience. Then she saw that Kia East had a newer version of the car she was interested in (Lexus IS250) for less than the other dealer. We were met by an incredibly courteous sales staff (but not overly aggressive) who treated her as a customer and not some girl with her dad. As a matter of fact, I stayed out of it as much as possible and let her handle the deal. It all went very smooth and I highly recommend Rob Mac as a superior sales representative. Thanks Kia...you really surprised me! More

Lost Key is expensive To replace a lost key, and fob, plus the programming is over $350. Plus the key had to be special ordered from California as it is laser cut. Took three weeks to arrive and didn't fit and must be reordered. Regardless, Anna at the service center checked out my car thoroughly for the recall, and also found worn-out brakes. She was pleasant and efficient and got me in same day to get the new key once it arrived. She also got me a Kia preferred customer points reward card at checkout. Kia store is fast and friendly, but the lost key replacement experience is slow and costly. George More
Bad oil leak, great service Took my 2012 optima turbo in due to a serious oil leak. It was inspected and determined the leak was a result of an inlet to the turbo which was part of a recall. Leak was fixed and other recall items were checked. They even noticed I had a few lights out which they also replaced. Staff was very friendly, service was very expedient. More
