Oil change Always friendly staff. Could not find the culprit of the smell but will follow up if I still have the smell after getting the oil changed. Only down Always friendly staff. A1 Customer Service I had to bring my 2017 Sportage in for a 30,000 mile service and also had another issue that ended up being a recall issue. I utilized the waiting area (good coffee) for a while, then ended up taking the shuttle. At the end of the day, all issues were addressed and fixed.
