Great deal! We got an amazing deal! However, they tried to push a lease after I clearly explained that it was NOT an option. Leasing a vechile should be illegal. We got an amazing deal! Tag Team Excellent Service I'm a return customer. My salesman at Kia, Rob McAlmont is the best. I went into the store to get my 24 yr old son into a vehicle and between Rob and Keith I was not only able to walk out with zero interest on my son's 2018 Kia Optima I also walked out with a 2018 Kia Optima. So the service from Rob and Keith was so great that car fever hit me as well! LOL They took excellent care of my son and myself and I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely recommend others to the Kia store as well as return myself whenever I'm in search for another vehicle in a few years. Those two are the example of the saying 'teamwork makes the dream work' for they were excellent in making my son and I dreams come true! Thank you! More
Return I brought my car in as the check engine light is on. Part of the problem was warranty and some out of warranty. The part that had to be ordered so that the entire problem could be fixed listed here at 428.24 , however, after making a call to Kia in Clarksville the same part listed $356.87 for the Valve-Solenoid Waste , part # 39400 2G720. I did some comparison on the labor and was told that the labor shouldn't be more than one hour from the Clarksville located. I guess my question is if the part is higher between KY and Indiana then is there any offset ? The labor quote in KY is 187.50, and the IN quote is 70.00. So even with the 99.00 credit coming off from the diagnostic it still seems like I am paying a bit higher price for bring the car back to where I bought it. Overall I have loved my 2011 Sportage that I bought there almost 4 yrs ago. I average 25k a year , highway miles , in the past I have dealt with Mr. Bibbins and Mr. Presto ( for short ). I am scheduled to bring my car back 2-8-18 to have the part put in and hopefully this resolves the turbo performance issue and the lack of power currently being experienced. More
