Oil change and warranty work Called for oil change appt and they got appt within 1 hr. Alerted me to recall and checked for that, too. Part has to be replaced and not in Stock. Repair of Tire (Tire Loosing Air) Arriving at the Service Area, Where I received excellent customer service expertise. I was greeted promptly by one of the Service Employees. She requ Arriving at the Service Area, Where I received excellent customer service expertise. I was greeted promptly by one of the Service Employees. She requested my name, the nature of my visit and the vehicle's keys. She then delivered my vehicle to the service area. Another employee, I believe she was the Service Advisor. Unfortunately, I don't remember her introducing herself with a name and/or title. But, she was very professional while retrieving my personal and vehicle's information. I was then directed to the Service Waiting Area. In about a half hour she came to the Service Area too inform me of the issues related to the repair of my car. An this is where I have issues with the repair of my car. I was told that the repair was very easy to perform. I had Road Hazard Insurance, that covered me in this case. So, there wouldn't be a cost for the repair. That's Great! But, there wasn't an identical tire for the repair. And It was suggested that I could get and inferior tire (That was said to be the equal of my tire. Which isn't true because if it was, it wouldn't be inferior!!) that day or wait until tomorrow to get the correct tire. So, you're telling me that in all of the Kentuckianna area you can't locate the correct tire for my car, before tomorrow!? Because of my schedule, I wouldn't be able to come back the next day. So, I decided to get the inferior tire and have it put on the rear wheel of the car. But, if you truly believe in Excellent Customer Service. There were many solutions to my problem. Including an up too taking a tire from one of the vehicles on the lot. There shouldn't have been a reason for me to leave the Kia Store with the wrong tire or worst yet, my donut spare!! More
