Service center visit Anna helped me right away and was very friendly. I was promptly checked in and informed of my wait time and services to be performed. I was offered a shuttle when I decided to shop while waiting. Wait time was shorter than we expected which was great. I was called right away when service was complete. Tara helped me right when I got back because Anna had a customer. I was still acknowledged by Anna so there was no disconnect at all. Tara was was also very friendly and detailed in explaining my final summary of charges and services completed and even drove my car up to the door for me. They made my experience less of a task. Very friendly. Seemingly good & "honest" service. This last time I visited Kia East for an oil change, it was a very pleasant experience. It's fine after an examination of the vehicle to tell me what is needed, however I do not like to be pressured into getting work done, which they did not do this time and I appreciated it. Also, sometimes I don't like (at the time I make the appointment) the way they will say "At your mileage, you're due for a new air cabin filter. Can we put you down for that?" But how can you be sure I've not already had that replaced by someone else? I don't like how the dealer automatically wants to replace things whether they need to be replaced or not. It feels like the goal is only to make money with little care about the customer service. But this last time Kia didn't press me in this way & I appreciated it. More
