Three recalls They fixed it for free, and didn't pressure me into "fixing" anything else. Fixed my lugnut and stud. Snapped right off putting on new tires. Something like that shouldn't snap off. Must not be enough complaints to have a recall on them. More

Left overnight I was towed to the Kia dealership late Wednesday night. Even though I left the car outside the locked gates, I felt my car was safe. Their lot is well I was towed to the Kia dealership late Wednesday night. Even though I left the car outside the locked gates, I felt my car was safe. Their lot is well lit and the area for the "drop off your key" area was very well lit with security cameras. I got a phone call early Thursday morning that they had my car in and would get it worked on right away. About an hour later, I got another call to inform me that they could fix my car and I would get it that day. I used the shuttle service to go pick up my car. I had a very nice driver, who dropped me off right at the door. I loved the photo of what was wrong with my car, so I could see the damaged parts before the work was done. An extremely accommodating staff in the service area, and was even offered cupcakes! Everyone in the office was super. More

Routine maintenance I arrived a bit early for my appointment. Check in was fast.
