Top notch customer service and quality This is my third visit to Kia store east service center. I scheduled same day appt. for oil change. Each and every time I have been greeted by Schad This is my third visit to Kia store east service center. I scheduled same day appt. for oil change. Each and every time I have been greeted by Schad and this time was no exception. I was checked in quickly and given an estimated completion time of 4:45pm. To my delight I was checking out and back on the road at 4:21pm. Time is precious to me so I greatly appreciated the extra travel time for my next stop. I would not hesitate to recommend Kia store east service center to anyone!!! More
