I purchased a Kia Optima Ex. After purchase and the salesperson received their commission. I was unable to have any of my questions addressed via the telephone because he was never available but very a salesperson received their commission. I had an appointment for 10 am. When I arrived to the maintenance dept. There was no one at the desk. I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me for 43 minutes and no one came over to me to find out what I need assistance with. Well 3 employees walked by me as if I was invisible. I would never purchase a vehicle of any sort from this dealership. More
Just departed this dealership had a check (Auto Draft) for $40,000 and $3,500 in cash. When I informed the sales person I was paying cash, the car price went up $5,000. Awful experience. On two separate visits I scheduled appointments, and had to wait an extended period of time on both visits because Heni (sales associate) was busy with other customers. After the first visit I said I’d like to think about the deal offered to me and the sales MANAGER shook my hand while saying “Thanks for wasting our time.” I ended up purchasing a vehicle after they apologized and offered me $500 extra for my trade in. The vehicle was supposed to be detailed when I picked it up however the exterior was filthy and the fluids not topped off. Wiper fluid just about empty. This was a very negative experience for me. I purchased a truck here because it was what I was looking for, but I think the sales staff is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. More

This is the closest KIA service center for me to have my 2015 KIA serviced at and since they never, ever have a loaner car available it allows me to b This is the closest KIA service center for me to have my 2015 KIA serviced at and since they never, ever have a loaner car available it allows me to be able to at least walk home if the car has to be kept. Each and every time I go to have a specific problem checked out (Car is still under factory warranty) it is always a song and dance by the service team on why the repair will be delayed plus the 20 minute hard sales pitch on optional services they sell. Its just mind blowing that you can take the car to them with the check engine light on and the engine barely running and they cant find the reason why because somehow the "Code" is not coming up. Now to be fair if I had at least one good experience with the service department I could and would give them the benefit of doubt but they are batting a perfect 1000% always having a issue of some type during every visit. Well since I will be moving away from this area I can only hope the next service center I find has a clue on how to address my service issues and be able to treat all customers with the respect they deserve. While the car still has some value it just maybe time to cut my loses and go with another brand. More
Stay away from, their New Kia's have china made tires that a I bought a new 2017 kia, and not even 15k miles kn the tires, the side was defected and not warranted, they said thay over 95% of their tires are dam I bought a new 2017 kia, and not even 15k miles kn the tires, the side was defected and not warranted, they said thay over 95% of their tires are damaged by the actual driver, so for them to take responsibility in a bad tire is already set in stone, I also agreed on a 60 month lease, come to find out it was 72 months, so please stay away from, as soon as they get you to sign something. Its over for you...unless you want to get robbed with nothing your able to do about it, then be my guest- Go to Kia on the Blvd.!!! More

They don’t care about you. I would love to say my purchase from Kia on the Boulevard was a good one but I can’t. The sales team was pleasure to work with and Oggie is a well informed salesman. The car, a 2016 Ford Taurus SHO was priced well and looked nice. A few weeks after I purchased it there was some wheel hop when I would make a sharp turn. I found out the problem was being an AWD vehicle the tires needed to have the same amount of wear front to back. When they inspected the car they replaced the front tires and left the rears with 20,000 miles on them. This is a huge difference on an AWD vehicle and can cause major problems. I called the service department asking how they could only replace the fronts when they knew it could cause so much damage. The service manager said all he was concerned about was it passing inspection and not what would happen later. I then spoke with Mike the sales manager explaining the problem and asked how they could let this happen. He offered to sell me the rear tires for his price so they would be the same. I agreed and was given an appointment in 2 weeks. Well my PTU on my car gave out. Ford was not going to warrant the part because they said it failed because of the tire difference even though it has under 22,000 miles. After some complaining they agreed to replace the PTU as long as I replaced all 4 tires with new ones. So here I am buying 4 new tires on a vehicle that I haven’t put 2000 miles on. I called Mike at Kia and all he would say is sorry. Not very good customer service if you ask me. I would advise anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to question if this is the type of dealership you want backing you if you have a problem. More
