After I was told final price. Doesn't final price mean final? So I left. Then he was rude texting me after I left to see if I was coming back. I said no, he continues to text me just being rude! It worked out for the best! I drove to Fred Beans KIA in Langhorne. Just to see if I could that same price or less! I paid less then kia on blvd 1st final offer. At Fred Beans the 2 men I dealt with were so nice, customer service driven. They were straight forward with me on prices and fees, Very respectfuland I got a better deal!! More

Trying to sell a car to this dealer. They will lie to you about your credit score, to get you to pay the amount they want you to pay! And of course all of the documentation they show you about your credit score, disappears extremely fast from to pay the amount they want you to pay! I called the MVA to verify if they had received any paper from them, they said they haven’t. I asked the sales manager about that and he said “we didn’t have the title, we mailed it out to our third party company (NYPLATEMAN) and they started the paper work process” I talked to Stephanie the title clerk at this dealership on 3/11/22 and she assured that the The company that does there out of state registration has and started my paper work. I tried to reach out to Stephanie, but she is not taking my calls, ignoring. After multiple calls and voicemails. I took matters in my own hand and contacted the company they claim that does there out of state paper work, NY plateman. I talked to rose, who handles the MD MVA paper work. She searched the vehicles VIN, my name, and nothing shows in there system regarding my car. She said the dealership is being dishonest. The staff here is very unprofessional, untruthful. After the purchase of the car your on your own. I will be posting screenshots of the conversations I had to back up my claims. If you are an OUT OF STATE buyer. Stay away from this place. I got there exactly at the premade appointment time. The guy that I made the appointment with (Doug) was with another customer. He assigned me to another guy (whose name I didn't catch) who promptly left me for a morning huddle with all the employees! Why can't they do a team meeting BEFORE they open the store? After he came back, he was just dragging his feet, eventually telling me that they are not going to let me take the car out for a test-drive! His boss "doesn't remember" clearing this, when I called in 5 days ago and Doug told me that "his boss cleared it"! Maybe they didn't think my skin color was trustworthy enough for an unchaperoned test-drive... or maybe my skin-color can't afford it! More
