He knows the vehicles inside out and leaves the decision making up to you as far as purchasing. No pressure from him or any of the Kia Team. More
False advertising I purchased a used 2015 Kia Soul in 2017 with 21,000 miles and it was advised saying buy a new or used vehicle and the engine will be guaranteed for L I purchased a used 2015 Kia Soul in 2017 with 21,000 miles and it was advised saying buy a new or used vehicle and the engine will be guaranteed for Life towed it in and was told that I need a new engine and that the Warranty ran out at 60,000 miles they have the same advertising out now for October this advertising is false and I am an example so buyer beware More

When what I wanted was at another location near by he personally went out to pick up the car for me. I loved the car and was sold. I walked in with a pre approved loan from usaa. Janet Poloski was able to give me a WAY better interest rate and lower my payments. I’m so thankful for the 2 of them and highly recommend this place and them. I feel like Christmas came early this year. Plus my kids love my new car too! More

We had previously dealt with our awesome salesman Randy Flowers and a different car lot and it was a pleasure to work with him on this purchase! Chris the senior sales manager was great! I am very indecisive and was there for hours looking at a variety of vehicles. They were great and brought every vehicle up and answered all my questions. They were there past closing time, never making us feel rushed. Overall the whole staff was awesome!! I would absolutely recommend Kia of Waldorf and will be returning for my next purchase! More
Great Holiday Purchase Salesperson Randy Flowers was easy to work with in purchasing a new vehicle. As I test drove the car, he explained features that were new or that I thought important. I was especially interested in the blind spot signals, lane markings/signals, and reverse camera/signal. Although there was a glitch in the location of the specific car from a dealer in VA, things worked out and I received the vehicle promised. The actual purchase of the vehicle was rather easy... I knew the amount I could afford, an approximate amount allowed on my trade-in and how the interest rates would be calculated. All in all, I presented my offer. It was accepted. The entire team at Kia of Waldorf treated me as a valued customer. This is the third car my family has purchased from the Bayside Auto Group. I suspect it will not be the last. More
Can’t stand by their word I waited to submit this review solely because I wanted to see if another dealership would keep their promise. As we know the hottest vehicle is the 20 I waited to submit this review solely because I wanted to see if another dealership would keep their promise. As we know the hottest vehicle is the 2020 Kia Telluride. These vehicles are difficult to come by and most of the dealerships are unable to get them or they go so fast. I was desperately seeking a SX Prestige and the manager, Mike and the salesman stated they don’t believe in placing a surcharge on the vehicle as they feels it’s unethical. I was told if you wait for this dealership to get them in we will charge what the MSRP is on the vehicle. I took their word on this but once they started getting the vehicles I was told no and they have a $5,000 surcharge because of the demand. By this time I walked away from dealerships that was charging less than the $5,000 surcharge. I am happy to say that yesterday I got a call from a dealership almost two hours away to say we have the vehicle you have been wanting. They verified the price over the phone and the same price was honored that was on the MSRP. I am now a proud owner of the 2020 Kia Telluride SX Prestige and no markups. What’s sad about this is the hype will eventually fade away but you can never gain my business again. I will gladly drive almost 2 hours to get my next vehicle as well. I was taught as a child your word is everything but as we can see in this day and age this dealership is only interested in making a quick buck. Be ware buyers! More
