I'm happy to have my first financed vehicle through Kia, I wanted a monthly payment under $400 and Chris got me that along with a great Sales price:) The time spent at the dealer ship was very speedy seeing as though my mother was recently in town ready to shop lol. A great experience. As a single lady purchasing a vehicle for the first time in a very long time I wasn't sure what to expect so far as being treated fairly. However that feeling faded quickly as i soon realized that from management, to salesmen, to finance, employees were totally working together to give me the best deal possible, satisfy my needs and make this a great buying experience.I couldn't be happier with the treatment i received from this dealership. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and would certainly be a returning customer in the future.Also originally I was thinking I would have to buy used. Zach Willett, my salesman was a tremendous guy t My experience at Kia of Waldorf was great. I stopped by on May 7, 2015 just to browse for a used car. Zach Willett, my salesman was a tremendous guy to work with! He was honest, super friendly, answered all the questions that I asked and not only did Zach take the stress out of buying a vehicle, but actually made it an enjoyable experience definitely being my first purchased vehicle. I should mention that the manager Chris Austin and the finance gentleman Mike Austin were fantastic as well. Mike was able to break down the warranty differences and helped me pick the right one. At the end I did purchase a used car and absolutely grateful to have work with these gentleman. Will definitely recommend Kia of Waldorf and my salesman Zach Willett to my friends and family! More

Avoid this dealership This is the ad to which we responded: "2004 Nissan Altima 2.5 - $5,500" "New car trade, no accident with lots of life left. Took this car for a test This is the ad to which we responded: "2004 Nissan Altima 2.5 - $5,500" "New car trade, no accident with lots of life left. Took this car for a test drive and was very pleased how it checked out. 150 point maryland state Saftey inspection, oil changed, fulids toped off and ready to service it's new owners. Illuminated entry and Remote keyless entry. Green Machine! Move quickly! Don't miss your opportunity at purchasing this handsome 2004 Nissan Altima. …" We arrived at Kia, Waldorf, on 5/7/15 and asked to see the above Nissan Altima. Lauren went in the back, returned and said it was "on the rack," for a state inspection and couldn't be seen at the moment. However, she said there was a newer Nissan Altima available for $8,000. We said we were not interested in the newer model, would go for a meal, and call back later to see if it was off the rack. About two hours later we called and were told it was still on the rack. Late afternoon the next day, 5/8/15, we called. Lauren said it was being worked on and she didn't know when it would be ready. About an hour later we called and said we really liked the car and would like to put a deposit on it. Lauren got a manager, Chris, who said it needed work and the price would have to be raised by $1,500. When queried on what work needed to be done Chris said he didn't know the specifics. We said the car was advertised as having had a 150 point inspection and was ready for purchase, now it wasn't, so it appears to be a classic "bait and switch" tactic. Then another individual got on the phone but I didn't get his name. He also couldn't say what work had to be done but the car wasn't safe to go on the road. When I reminded him that the car was advertised as ready for sale with a 150 point inspection, and that I would complain to the Better Business Bureau, he said the car was no longer for sale and then hung up. My next step is to lodge a complaint with the BBB based on Kia of Waldorf's false advertising. More

Ms. Morgan Traudt, assisted by Mr. Jarrad, was awesome, Personal and professional, Ms. Morgan was knowledgeable about the products, where she wasn't sure, she found out. She patiently facilitated our coming to purchase a 2006 Pontiac Soltace to the purchase of the car we needed, a 2014 Hyundai Volaster -- instead of her trying to sell us a car she wanted to sell us. No doubt when people ask, I will tell them about my experience at Kia of Waldorf and I will send those interested to Ms. Morgan. More
