“BEST” dealership I have ever experienced!! My wife and I were just riding around when we passed the KIA of Waldorf dealership on Friday 14 June 2019. We saw the New KIA Telluride at the front o My wife and I were just riding around when we passed the KIA of Waldorf dealership on Friday 14 June 2019. We saw the New KIA Telluride at the front of the dealership and just stopped by to take a look. We were approached by one sales representative who opened up the SUV and let use check it out. We told him we were just looking, so he strolled away and we left the dealership. The next day we decided to go back and take a second look. Before we could park the car, "JC Rodriguez" was already standing there with a big smile and welcomed us to the dealership. We told him we were just looking but he went above and beyond to change our minds. He pulled out all the bells and whistles you want from a dealership. He was welcoming, informative, professional, honest, charismatic, caring of our time, easy going and enthusiastic throughout the process. He was hands-down the "BEST" sales representative and most appreciative we have ever encountered. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend requesting “JC Rodriguez” to assist you. He was the sole reason we purchased our SUV. Every single staff interaction we had was top notch! One of a kind for sure. The staff was honest and they felt more like family. Great dealership! Best car buying experience!! After having a bad experience at Auto Giant in Temple Hills, my husband and I went to Bayside Kia of Waldorf in hopes of having a better experience. He was so informative, honest, and made the whole car buying experience exciting and fun. He wanted to make sure he found the perfect car for us which he did. We left the car dealership with a 2019 Kia Sorento. If we decide to buy another car we will definitely be going back to Bayside Kia of Waldorf. More
