Quoted $688 to have antenna installed in my car by Jesse Jose. I brought the part in myself that I bought as certified kia part and used my vin number to confirm. Told I owe $688 that it my fault the part was wrong. But they willing to cut me a deal: I was told if I ordered their part today it would only cost me $330in labor today but have to come back in 3 days and pay $688. I was told the mechanic Jeff DentZ had to put my old antenna back on car because they can’t put my car outside in parting lot with a hole in the roof. This seemed strange that they couldn’t cover my car in plastic until got correct part instead of charging me double in labor. Definitely sensed they trying to rip off an older women. I finally got the manager Lucas Rodgers’s to accept $330 for labor. I later certified that the part I bought was correct for my car. I have filed BBB and Attorney General Complaint about this rip off scam. More

Neither Kia of St. Cloud or corporate Kia will simply give me a written statement that warranty is still good despite the egregious mistake by the St. Cloud Kia Service Department. All they do is talk about their attorneys. Kia will not stand behind their warranty. Terrible service and untrustworthy car company. STAY AWAY from Kia and Kia of St, Cloud. More
By far the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. If I could, I would give them zero stars. If you enjoy extremely poor customer service and a horrific "business model" full of miscommunication, lack of ownership and accountability for their actions, then this place is for you! We ordered, signed paperwork for and placed money down on a 2022 Kia Telluride in October 2021. The vehicle finally arrived in April 2022. The price had increased substantially, (even though we were told it wouldn't) and were informed that there is a "required rust-proofing" we needed to pay for as well, that went from $500 to nearly $900 in a matter of two phone calls with the salesman. We were told by the salesman that we were "required" to purchase this rust-proofing, even though nothing was mentioned to us when ordering. Kia of St. Cloud must not appreciate educated customers who do their research, because after a few phone calls to the Attorney General's Office, Better Business Bureau and Kia Corporate-(which the salesman recommended we contact Corporate), we learned what we already knew-the fact that we weren't required to purchase this "rust-proofing". When presented with these initial findings, the salesman stated "honestly, if I were you guys, I would just go get a different vehicle somewhere else then". We requested to meet with the salesperson in person the following night to review and discuss further in an attempt to come to some sort of agreement or understanding. Upon our arrival, we noted the presence of 2 large sales-type looking personnel, who just so happened to be precariously "hanging out" at the front reception desk, near where our salesman's desk was, even though the receptionist and her two kids were also situated at the front desk as well. An intimidation tactic no-doubt (ah yes, the trained psychologist in me recognizes this behavior). The salesperson stated "so where are we at, I know things got a little heated the other night....." - (heated on his part, not ours). We responded and requested they honor the price we agreed to back in October 2021 and stated we were declining the rust-proofing. The salesperson stated "if that's the case, then we have no deal" and "I can't sell you the vehicle then without the rust-proofing". We requested our money back, to which the salesperson responded by attempting to just regurgitate the same pricing and information that he had previously given us which was substantially higher. We requested our money be refunded and that we would be going elsewhere. Not once was an apology offered, nor was there any accountability taken for their actions and miscommunications. Our tactful interactions and requests for fairness were met with rigidity, hostility, arrogance and sarcasm. Out of all of the vehicles we've purchased in our lives, we've never been treated so poorly and will never recommend them to anyone. **Do yourself a favor and read the responses to these reviews written by the owners/managers of Kia of St. Cloud (they speak volumes) - you will definitely note a few underlying themes: 1. Making excuses and justifying their poor customer service and horrendous business practices, 2. Lack of ownership/accountability for their actions, dismissive of any role they may have played, 3. Arrogance and a condescending attitude toward their "customers" (some responses even make fun of the customer), 4. Rigidity and a general refusal to be flexible in order to best serve their "customers" and find a common ground. I'm glad we were able to get out while we still could. With all the hostility we faced with just attempting to purchase a vehicle from them, I couldn't even fathom having to interact with them if something went wrong with the vehicle and we were needing service to it etc... My advice.............RUN!!!!!!!!!!!! More
The sales staff was very patient and willing to work with me when trading in my EV for a stinky gas car. The salesman, Matt Henrichs, is very proficient and personable. Brought it in to have something checked, which they were honest in telling me that the repair was not necessary or required. I was insistent, so they repaired what I saw as broken. The repair was done perfectly, and the issue completely resolved. Their service department is the most competent auto shop I have ever dealt with, and I will for sure be returning after college for another car. Thank you guys for all the help, and for selling me a mechanically sound vehicle for the years to come. More
Hello, I am writing to inform you of an incident that happened with me and KIA of Saint Cloud recently. In August of this year, KIA sold me a used Red 2016 Chevy Equinox. I had the car for a week and i happened with me and KIA of Saint Cloud recently. In August of this year, KIA sold me a used Red 2016 Chevy Equinox. I had the car for a week and i could tell there was a noise coming from engine, so I had brought the car in for a different fix at the time but I brought up that the engine didn't sound right and it was louder than normal vehicles. The sales guy that sold me the car stated, that these cars run louder. I told the service technician regarding the noise and asked if they even inspect there cars before they sell them. The service guy told me they do inspect them and these cars normally run louder. About another weeks goes by I contacted the sales guys regarding the same issue that the car sounds really loud etc. The sales guy kept pushing back that he couldn't meet with me due to other clients etc. Probably another week goes by and then we finally were able to meet up face to face. I told LOGAN STRAND that the car is super loud and something is wrong. Logan stated, "It is all in my HEAD" and "that I am trying to make up things up because I don't like the car". In October I was up north at my parents place and the car breaks down on me. I called the dealership and spoke to a manager and told him everything that happened and he told me that he would call me back within a hour. (Manger never called me back) A lady from the service department called me and asked me to bring the car to the shop so they could look at the car. I told her the car won't start and I am 5 hours away. She stated that they can't do anything unless they have the car at the shop. I had the car brought to the dealership in Thief River Falls and they looked at the car and found extensive damage. I called KIA again and asked to speak to a different manager, left this manager a voicemail. (He never returned my call). I finally was able to get my car back to saint cloud and brought to the dealership. I told them everything that was wrong with the car. They called me two days later and told me that the timing chain flipped and hit the pistons. The car needs a new engine. A rebuilt engine will cost over $9,000, KIA will only charge me $6,700 for a rebuilt engine (trying to be nice). I told the service technician that they can cover all of the costs because I had told them something was wrong and they never listened to me. The warranty is expired (expired in MAY) they never told me this information (i found this out thru the Chevy dealership, they were more helpful than KIA). They never offered an extended warranty when I bought this car. I have called KIA numerous times (with no calls back, they are the WORST and returning calls) to try and get them to work with me. I called and left a message with the FINANCE guy (he never returned my call) Now I am stuck in a paying on a loan for a car that is undrivable. I will most likely will have to file for bankruptcy and them repo the car and then I won't be able to buy a car for a long time. I have been struggling with getting to work and doing everyday living without a car. KIA just doesn't care anything about their customers. They like taking advantage of WOMAN!! VERY VERY sickening!! I wish I would have never bought this car from them. I will never do any busy ever again with them. I am wanting everyone else to hear my horrific incident and for them to not go thru KIA in Saint Cloud. More
This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. And I bought a car in Yuma arizona… so that says a lot. They are unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. Well someone somewhere forgot to send in some form of paperwork and now we are receiving out of state tickets for the vehicle. My fiancé spoke with Scott and he said the issue would be taken care of… then we got another ticket of the car running toll booths… so he messaged again. Then we got the red light ticket, and now magically Scott can’t be reached. This is serious and can have an effect on my fiancé’s license. I called and was speaking with Tyler and instead of being apologetic and trying to right this wrong he made it out to be that it’s my problem to take care of… um, what? After a very long text chat because I am heated, I finally got some traction with the person behind the computer. Aside from paying off my loan there is literally nothing they could do to retain my business. More
I brought my 2013 Kia Rio into the St. Cloud location in March of 2021 for the THIRD time to have the service center investigate a tire wobble and grinding noise. First they said it was the bearings and recommended replacing those, then an alignment which I had done AFTER paying $100 diagnostic fee. Went home and the problem got worse so I brought it back in and the service department said it was the struts and it was going to be almost $800 to get it fixed!! I am disabled and on a fixed income and I have to have my vehicle to get back and forth to Dr. appointments so I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. So, I got stuck financing the repairs. Here it is, a few months later and the EXACT same issue started up again today!! I called and spoke to the manager Jesse and asked if they warranty their work. He said it would be a $100 diagnostic charge and if the problem is related to the work they did then the diagnostic fee would be waived! What a joke!! How stupid do they think people are? Of course they would come out and blame the problem on something else so they can screw me over again!! So done with these crooks!! I don't know how these people can sleep at night! More

Horrible place to buy a used car. They are completely dishonest!! I bought a Hyndia Sonota from them. They said they went through it and it runs great. No issues!! Come to find out the car had a junk yard motor in it which Kia never told me! So I go into talk to the sales manager who was a complete jersey from the moment I came in the door. SM said they could not replace the car because they didn't have anything comparable! Seriously? Then he said they would take the car back BUT they were keeping my down payment because I "blew up his car". Well you sold me a junk car for $8000. They don't care about the customer only their bottom line!! Please spare yourself the agony of buying the junk they sell. More
