I am so disappointed in our latest service. 1 year ago I brought my 2016 Sorento in because the sunroof was not closing. There is a service bulletin out for a known issue on the tilt levers. I 1 year ago I brought my 2016 Sorento in because the sunroof was not closing. There is a service bulletin out for a known issue on the tilt levers. I had that repaired for $225. A few days later the sunroof had trouble closing to the point I had to manually use all my strength to get it closed. The issue was found to be that the wrong lube was used, even though in the service bulletin it says specifically which one to use. Fast forward to almost a year later I followed up on this because I had not heard anything about the lube being ordered or what the status of this was. I found the part number and the parts guy had it in stock. I made an appt to get the tracks re-greased with the correct lube. I was under the assumption this service would be little to to no cost because it was Kia's mistake for not reading how to perform this service correctly. I pick my car up and they tried charging me $400. $200 for this bottle of grease that services 30 cars and a discounted 1 hour of labor at $170/hr. I was apparently getting a deal from a 4 hour job. I stood across from the manager Andy for 45 minutes silently while he waited for the parts manager to look up the cost of this grease. I found it online from $60-100 and thought their pricing was ridiculous. This manager had TERRIBLE customer service and had no idea how to do anything himself. His biggest concern was that this grease was just ordered for my vehicle and that it would sit on the shelf for the next 20 years. Also he undervalued my car because it was a 2016 and not something newer. After an hour of waiting there the pricing was figured out and I paid $6 for the grease. The manager Andy didn't apologize at the end and just disappeared. When I left with my car I tried to open the sunroof and it struggled to open and I again had to manually close it!! I drove back to the dealership and of course the service center was locked up. I vented to the receptionist Tom, who was polite and he took a message. I never did hear back. I called again the next day to talk to the service manager and got a call back from Jaidyn saying they would need to go through a diagnostic at $170/hr. Kia has taken apart my sunroof 2x now and the problem has never been fixed. On my paperwork they stated they greased the tracks and it was working "normally". This dealership cannot be trusted with the service they recommend or claim to fix. Their communication is horrible and they are way overpriced for their poor quality efforts. More

Absolutely horrible communication. My car has been in to the Duluth location about 5x for warranty engine issues. Dropped my car off after they did this "magic engine soak" to my car My car has been in to the Duluth location about 5x for warranty engine issues. Dropped my car off after they did this "magic engine soak" to my car chugging upon acceleration. Again, another engine issue. It was about 1 week after drop-off that I finally heard anything on the vehicle and that was after I called as I was trying to be polite because when I was there for an oil change, Dave mentioned they had a few employees walk out - Not surprised. I was told multiple times that I would hear back, never did. It's been almost 1 month of my car sitting there. Any engine issues are fully covered under warranty, yet Dave said I'm going to owe about $1000. This place is a complete joke and I feel it's a select few employees making it a bad name. I will never buy a Kia - Too many issues. Trying to go fancy, with horrible quality. When you call a Service Dept, the first thing you shouldn't hear is a long *SIGH* and then "Kia of Duluth". Buyers Be Aware - Don't buy a Kia. Then with the multiple issues with my engine and my car being known for engine replacement, Dave gives me the consumer affairs number to do the leg work and you can guess it, on hold for 1hr and 30 min with no resolution. The service dept. Has always been hit/miss since I started going there in 2017, but now it's almost intolerable. More

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went with a friend of mine who was getting his 2022 vehicle In for 6 mo checkup and oil change. I have a 2016 Sorento and am considering upgrading Went with a friend of mine who was getting his 2022 vehicle In for 6 mo checkup and oil change. I have a 2016 Sorento and am considering upgrading. I wandered the showroom floor, opening vehicle doors looking in, trying doors of others that were locked, basically walked around the showroom minimally 15 minutes or more, not one salesperson approached to see if I needed assistance. My friend, who is male, walks into showroom after getting his car all set up for the service, walks up to a vehicle and in less than a minute, he is approached by a salesperson asking if he needed help! Are you kidding me……I was so angry, I basically told the salesman wow, I have been standing here for 15 minutes and you didn’t ask me if I needed help, why cuz I am a women… There was a vehicle I wanted to look at told Caleb, which one, he brings out the key for an entirely different vehicle. He didn’t seem the least bit interested in my questions… So IDONOT recommend dealing with these people, especially if you are female trying to purchase a vehicle. More

I don't recommend anyone to do business here. . I had stopped in to look at a 2014 kia forte I was interested in. I was pressured into signing a purchase agreement for the vehicle after looking at . I had stopped in to look at a 2014 kia forte I was interested in. I was pressured into signing a purchase agreement for the vehicle after looking at it briefly and was told nothing was wrong with the car. Said the tire was a little low that's why the tire pressure sensor was on. I bought the car with the northland package promised to be taken care of the next Saturday. There was no one available to do the service through two different appointments. I had called a couple weeks after purchasing the car to ask for a service report because the car feels unsafe driving on the highway. Service report said the driver lower ball joint is bad and parts were ordered. I assumed it was taken care of. I called and asked the service department if the problem was fixed and they said it was not. I called the sales person and asked about it and asked why I was not told about it before the purchase and he gave me excuses none of which explained anything. Told me well you've been driving it so it's drivable. Yes I had been driving an unsafe vehicle. Thanks. I asked to talk to a manager and I was told what would you even say, and wasn't transferred. The transmission slips. And has a delayed shift from reverse to drive. Has trouble shifting from second to third. The car they sold me for 12 thousand is a piece of junk and they knew it. They even admitted they knew about everything I'm having issues with now and won't do anything about it. They don't return phone calls. I don't recommend doing business with them More
Went and test drove a 2012 Kia Soul. While coming to a stop the brakes would seize and then scrape when I started until they released again, multiple times this happened. when I told the sales guy, he sai stop the brakes would seize and then scrape when I started until they released again, multiple times this happened. when I told the sales guy, he said no the breaks had been gone over. Kia is willing to sell a vehicle that is a danger on the road just to get a sales. This is not the first time I ran across them trying to sell junk cars at top prices. Shame on you and your car dealership! More
