John at the Medford service department was extremely helpful getting my granddaughters car fixed right away. She actually lives up by near Portland and she came down for a couple of days but then her se helpful getting my granddaughters car fixed right away. They were booked out for a couple of weeks but managed to squeeze her in right away and get her car fixed. We’ve never had anything but excellent service at this location. More

The service person I dealt Spencer was rude and unhelpful and provided zero communication. The first words out his mouth after calling the service department as advised by Kia was “I don’t know why they are and provided zero communication. They kept a car for over month and then sent it over Hydundi and not ONE TIME did anyone ever call me to let me know what was going or even that my car was no longer in their possession. More
