I went in to get a Kia soul, with my trade in. Kelly blue books around 5-7k. Hunter was absolutely amazing. He is a great salesman and is great at his job. He was kind and informative. He was SO kind when he first met us and then once he low balled us on our trade in and I started to stray away, he was absolutely the rudest person I’ve met. His entire demeanor changed. He pressured my husband and I to lease, which we did not want to do. He then sat there and stared at me with a death glare as I put my baby in his car seat and gathered all my stuff to leave. I avoid car dealerships because of men like Sebastian. Hunter was great, unfortunately he is working at the wrong dealership. Just because you don’t make a sale, doesn’t mean you have to be an xxx. It didn’t work out for us, don’t you think we are disappointed as well? Being rude doesn’t help. Sebastian should be taking notes from Hunter. More
Although the Sales Manager I interacted with was friendly and professional, he was not working the day I drove three and a half hours only to be offered dramatically less for my trade than the manager told m and professional, he was not working the day I drove three and a half hours only to be offered dramatically less for my trade than the manager told me to expect. I was HIGHLY pressured, to the point of feeling manipulated, and told to sign a "Release of Liability" because I chose to not purchase their multi-thousand dollar extended warranty! I was told to sign many forms with absolutely no explanation of what I was being asked to sign; with the sole exception of the "Waiver of Liability" form to 'allow' me to decline the expensive extended warranty. After nearly 50 years of service in Law Enforcment I have developed a keen eye for the obvious. It is obvious to me that Medford KIA is a shining example of why car salesman have such a horrible reputation. BUYER BEWARE. More
My mom wanted one thing in her new used car, a remote start. The sales person showed her several cars and bragged about "remote start and auto climate control". After she paid cash of 20k, come to find o start. The sales person showed her several cars and bragged about "remote start and auto climate control". Knowledgeable staff, ALL of them were friendly and patient with my nine thousand questions. And the service manager who is female (I love that!) was very knowledgeable and friendly. He went through all of the financials in a very straightforward manner, and gave me the time that I needed to make an informed decision that I would be comfortable with. Jon made sure that I was familiar with the basic functions of my new car before ever leaving the lot. reaffirmed the warranty information, and show me the various features of the car. Jon walked me through the store to make sure I knew any function I may need to use. Excellent/honest person, will purchase from this dealership in the future, and will recommend to anyone and everyone. Mary More

Very professional and yet quiet friendly! The whole team here worked with me to get me into one of their great used cars. They hooked me up with a good deal and amazing service! They provided every piece of information that I requested, went through all of the financials in a very straightforward manner, and gave me the time that I needed to make an informed decision that I would be comfortable with. Gave me an excellent price on my vehicle, generous trade in, and made sure that I was familiar with the basic functions of my new car before ever leaving the lot despite it having been well past closing time. Bradley even came in on his day off to answer my questions, reaffirmed the warranty information, and show me the various features of the car.
