We have been looking for a new car for weeks when our friends encouraged us to check out the Kia line of cars. So my husband went to Lee Kia. Lee Kia may not be the biggest dealership around but they are the most honest, trustworthy and kind. My husband went to Lee Kia and spoke with Andy, Ray and Tom. They discussed safety options, color and interior as well as type of vehicle and price. Tom directed my husband toward cars that would best fit our needs. My husband then came home and reviewed those cars on line. Lee Kia let us know that if we could not find what we wanted they would look for it at other dealers in the area and could get it for us in a few days. Being older experienced buyers we informed Lee Kia that we do not like the wheel and deal game. So today I met my husband at Lee Kia and looked at several cars. We drove two and the came back and looked at more cars. Them we asked for quotes on two cars with our trade in. With in 10 minutes we had printed options in our hands. Tom took time with us to review the option and safety features of the cars. We never felt pressured. We were pleasantly surprised by the trade in allowance we got for our vehicle plus all the incentives. Even though it was getting late in the day and close to closing time we were not rushed. Because of the great deal the choice was easy with no disappointment on what we received for our trade in and the posted incentives did not change. Wow. Once we made our choice Josh te business manager had our paperwork ready in 15 min while Tom was changing plates and transferring my car items from one car to the next and filling up the car. Josh did an excellent job reviewing the extended bumper to bumper extended warranty. With in 30 min we were the new owners. We the got the review of the controls . Ray McFaden , my sales person, is pretty new to the car selling process but was extremely knowledgable about the features and safety of my vehicle. He made sure I was able to work all the features and made sure I drove away with what I wanted. I went to several different car dealerships before I settled on my optima. I have a tendency to be slightly on the undeciding side when it comes to buying a new vehicle and when I drove the my new car all that went away. It was the car for me. More

I have been in the market for a car for awhile, and I have been to several dealerships and had the most horrible experience. Sitting, waiting, being told one thing one minute and then something else the next...then 6 hours latter nothing. Yesterday, I made an internet inquiry in literally 10 minutes I had a phone call, I meet with Nell (AMAZING!!) at 12, and in a matter of 15 minutes she told me what she could do for me. A deal was made! I can not say enough about the customer service Nell provided, and her philosophy of selling cars is on point. She treats others as she would want to be treated if she was buying a car. Joe was also fantastic when signing the paperwork, and answered all my questions! More

Excellant experience I contacted a few dealerships on a Sunday so I could get information first thing on Monday morning. Nell McClaflin was right on it first thing Monday. I did not have a lot of time to devote as I was working and she was aware of that. We came to a very good arrangement-matching a AAA rate as their guarantee states and getting everything accomplished before I left work and went right over and picked up the new Kia Soul. Nell was totally: professional, extremely efficient, friendly, patient and listened to what I needed. I would /will highly recommend Lee Kia but especially Nell! Thank you Nell More

Best Ever car purchase In January of this year, we purchased a KIA from Pensacola KIA. Yes, we are consenting adults, but we didn’t get a good deal or car from them. We paid In January of this year, we purchased a KIA from Pensacola KIA. Yes, we are consenting adults, but we didn’t get a good deal or car from them. We paid almost $20,000 for a KIA Rio. The car had manual roll-up windows. The salesperson told us this upfront. We were okay with this; however, we never noticed that there were no power locks until we got home. They didn’t mention this to us. We never received a survey or a thank you for dropping the $20,000. We decided we wanted a KIA Soul. We knew we didn’t want to go back to Pensacola KIA. We went online to see what Lee Kia of Ft. Walton Beach offered. We saw reviews about them and they were positive. Nell McClaflin had great reviews. From the first time that we talked we knew we were in good hands. She is awesome! But, it does take a village to sell a car. Tim Copeland, general manager, introduced himself to us and thanked us for coming to Lee KIA. Bruce, finance manager, was on his game also. He ensured we knew everything we needed to know about our purchase. Saving the best for last… Nell is absolutely awesome! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and FUN! We told her what we wanted; she got us that and much more! We bought our KIA Soul, which is pretty much loaded, for the price of the KIA Rio at Pensacola KIA. Needless to say, we are just sick about the RIO purchase from KIA Pensacola. We bought our car on Saturday, March 21st. On Monday, we received a call from Nell asking how things were with the car. This call meant a lot to us. During the week, we’ve received a survey and a thank you letter from Lee Kia of Ft. Walton Beach. We recommend Lee KIA of Ft. Walton hands down!
