Great service. Walked me through the whole process I was disappointed in the beginning because the car I wanted to look at got sold. I test drove a couple cars and then we started talking numbers. Kia does not commit to what they say !!! First of all we went to Kia of DTLA on a Wednesday and the guy from Kia of downtown La tells me and my husband that the car should be brought in early First of all we went to Kia of DTLA on a Wednesday and the guy from Kia of downtown La tells me and my husband that the car should be brought in early Friday morning guys because the parts for the Kia won't arrive till 2 days later and so we took our car early morning on Friday. The worker there Ara I belive it is told us it would be done by Friday and we would receive a call however we had to call them more than 3 times without recieving one single call back. We decide to call Saturday and were told we will get a call back later . Ok then we wait and when we receive the call we get the bad news that they were sent the wrong part and therefore we will have to wait even longer . It has been an unpleasant time dealing with the workers at Kia I did not have this problem with Honda though so when I compare both services I get even more disappointed for getting a Kia car . More
