Great Customer Service!!! I purchased my vehicle from this dealership (2015 Sorento) and I get service done here as well. That being said, every time I phone them or come in everyone is very welcoming. I have been coming here for years and the lovely Debbie helps me with everything, even if I don't quite know what I want or need. Everyone is so patient with me and really just care about the customer. The front of the house is very important, that is Debbie, she is the first one you talk to the phone and one of the first people you see when entering the building. She is always smiling and is always polite to everyone. This last visit was because I heard an odd sound coming from under the hood, Alan was so great with me while I tried to explain the sound to him, bless his heart. If you have any doubts about going to this location, I challenge you to check it out. I promise you will not be disappointed. When it is time, we will be purchasing our next vehicle from here as well. More

If you ever have a moment to talk to Debbie Roetzel who is the service coordinator, i'd highly recommend you do. She always manages to get me appointments even when they are completely booked. My parents also recently bought a used vehicle from them. They bought the 2014 Kia Sorento sxl which is an amazing vehicle. Love everything about the car. One thing I especially love about this place is the warranty and how they stand behind their product. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

Although there seems to be some movement every so often in the service department, with familiar faces, I am still always taken great care of. Amazing experience Was looking in showroom while 2014 Optima was being serviced. I commented that at end of my lease, another year, might like a Rio. Long story short, they made a deal for me to get out of current lease and get the red Kia. Best part I had to keep grandkids at 10:00. Super salesman Patrick Germain started paperwork, worked with finance man Dominic, and before 10, all was done! Amazing! Will certainly recommend Patrick and Grieco Kio. More

Unstable Dealer - Product needs improvement Kias / Hyundais are known for defective paint from factory. - Runs and contaminants on the paint. Not to mention the new sportages, fortes paint looks like an orange. Had a sportage with same issue. Dealer ( not GRIECO) could not resolve issue. Later I found to be a loose microphone. It is frustrating; however the issue starts at the factory. The issue with GRIECO is that to them profit is more important than customer satisfaction. When a personnel goes the extra mile to get the job done right, they get replaced because it is impacting profits. - Other than than they are very fair More
There is no retention of good employees. In less than a month had to deal with 3 service personnel. There is no retention. So frustrated by my experience with Kia of Delray Beach, Fl. I bought a brand new Kia Sportage a month ago and I still don't have my car! We completed the entire sale process and I was so happy to get my ne Fl. I bought a brand new Kia Sportage a month ago and I still don't have my car! We completed the entire sale process and I was so happy to get my new car and it came in with a broken BlueTooth microphone and a large paint chip in the driver's door. No problem - things happen. I brought it back for service to have these things fixed. Had to come back three times before they would see me, despite talking to my salesman in advance that I was coming - and I live a 1/2 hour away and work more than full time. The service department was rude from moment one. It took forever to get someone to look at the car - they spent two minutes and said there was nothing they could do for the bluetooth. It took talking to three people, an hour and the salesman again to get them to agree to fix the bluetooth. But I would have to come back another day for the fix and to fix the paint. They said they would have to keep the car all day and did not want to provide a loaner. They told me to come by first thing in the morning to drop the car off and someone would take me to work. Called on my way and apparently they did not have time that day and had to turn around and go back. I said that I would need a loaner and they told me I would have to wait. Week later, still no loaner. Finally get a call back from my salesman who is asking me to complete the customer satisfaction survey - I explained to him why it was not done. Felt so offended that he was begging me for a survey and I did not even have my new car working yet! He finally got me a loaner and it has been several days. After following up with the service department several times and speaking to frankly rude reps, I was told the car was ready and came down on my lunch break. Got there and the paint ding was still there. Fought with the service department that there was nothing that could be done. Had to talk to the general manager and leave my car again to get it fixed. It has been a month and I still don't have my new car! This is ridiculous. It is the first time I have ever bought a brand new car and Kia has totally ruined that special experience for me. I have owned several Kia's but with this level of rude customer service as though I was bothering them to just get my car fixed, I have had enough. They have been rude, careless and flippant - as though once they sold me the car, they could not bother with me after. If this is how Kia treats their customers, I don't want to be one anymore. Will definitely not be taking it back to Kia to service. Last Kia car ever. More
Worst Service Department EVER!!! I was sold a maintenance package at time of purchase that included a car wash every time i came in for service and a one year full detail of the vehicle... Needles to say they sold me a package which was discontinued and when i gave them 10 Months to come clean they wouldn't even offer me anything to make it better, or for my troubles. BE CAREFUL with Russel the service Manager who has yet to return my calls or messages at that.
