I went into Delray Kia, where I purchased my 2007 Audi A4, yesterday. The keys were somehow "stuck" in the ignition. The car would drive, but despite the best efforts of my husband, myself and a friend w A4, yesterday. The keys were somehow "stuck" in the ignition. The car would drive, but despite the best efforts of my husband, myself and a friend who worked on cars - we could not release the key from the ignition. I took my car to Delray Kia, where I purchased it and I was greeted with no empathy and offered no assistance of any kind. The guy who "helped" was a heavy set man, young, greenish eyes, sandy hair, who wore a white button down shirt with the Kia Logo and khaki pants. He did not have on a name tag. When I told him the issue, he asked, "Did you buy the car 'as-is'?" I stated that I had, however, I had only purchased it 2 months ago and regardless surely someone could help me? He responded by telling me that this wan not an Audi dealership, so there was nothing he could do. He did not attempt to ask anyone else if they might help me, nor did he even offer to look at the car and see what the issue might be. If you buy your car from here - new or used - be wary of the follow-up assistance you may receive. More
