Run, don't walk from this dealership This dealership is about the worst you can get. First of all, car salesman are some of the lowest forms of life around. But here, not only are the s This dealership is about the worst you can get. First of all, car salesman are some of the lowest forms of life around. But here, not only are the salesman scummy, the service department is as well. As far as buying a car there, I've walked out of there several times, attempting to buy used as well as new cars. The salesmen lie to you over the phone or by email, then raise the price when you go in there. They will tell you anything you want to hear to get you through the door. Then they think you will break down and buy it for the higher price. So I knew not to go there anymore to buy a car. I've used their service dept. several times on some Kia's I've owned, simply because my cars were under warranty, and they were a bit closer to me than West Palm Beach Kia. If your car is under warranty, they'll fix whatever, and bill Kia for it. But what they did recently to me, showed me how scummy their service dept. was as well. In Jan. I called the service dept. to ask if my Kia was still under warranty. I had a problem with my interior dome lights not coming on. I was assigned to this idiot Artie Rosenthal. I asked him if my Kia was still under warranty, and he looked up my record and told me it was. He made an appointment with me to come in. I came there 3 times, and they couldn't fix the problem. Each time I was there as soon as they opened, and they never wanted me to wait there, so they would take me home in their shuttle, and I had to be picked up with the shuttle at the end of the day. It would ruin my day. Each time Artie would never call me to tell me what was going on. I would have to call around 5 PM to ask, and they either never picked up the phone, or they couldn't find him. By the 2nd visit I demanded another service adviser, and when the next time came, I was put back with the same idiot Artie. I called the Service Director, Vince Cajano, who said he would take care of the problem with Artie, and never did. Each time I came back, ( because they couldn't fix the problem ) I was given back to Artie. I consulted with a friend of mine who is in the auto business, who explained to me that your service adviser get a commission on the repair, so they don't like to change your adviser, even though I demanded another. After 3 times attempting to fix these dome lights, another adviser named Al Dopman calls me to tell me that my car was out of warranty, and that I need a computer part to fix the problem, which will cost me $1, 040 ! Over $1,000 to fix two interior dome lights ? I don't think so ! I told him leave the car alone, and don't fix anything more on it. I went to the dealer, spoke with the Service Director, Vince Cajano, who apologized for them bringing me in there three times for nothing. He tells me that Artie probably didn't notice that my car was out of warranty, and I wasn't entitled to the free repair. I told him that was the first question I asked, " Is my car still under the 5 year/ 50,000 miles warranty. " Since I didn't buy my car new, I didn't know when it went into service, but since I had been there previously in the past year, they had all my information right there in their computer, and Artie lied to me, telling me it was still under the 5 year warranty. This was no mistake. He lied to me to get me to come in there, so they could tell me the car was out of warranty, and maybe I would just pay them for the repair. The same BS they do to you to get you to come in there to buy a car. This dealership will lie and tell you anything to get you to come in there. They get paid for showing up there, I don't. I arrived there at 7 AM, 3 times to be the first one out for service, had to go 3 days without my car, spent many hours waiting there, only to be told at the last minute, that I had to pay over $1,000 to fix 2 interior dome lights ! Don't even think about dealing with this dealership, unless your car is still under warranty, and verify this on your own from another source. Update - On 3 -17- 2016, I took my car to an independent license auto repair. They informed me that the only thing wrong with my car was a $6.00 burnt out interior dome light bulb. They also informed me that the front dome light flickering was normal when the dome light rocker switch was in the off position. Grieco Kia tried to charge me $1, 040 plus tax for a " computer module " to fix the problem. This is the biggest ripoff dealership ever. I will be reporting them to the Palm Beach Consumer Affairs and the Florida Attorney State General for fraud. More

Al Dolpman was excellent and a great adviser Al Dopman and his team were great advisors and workers. our optima stop working and was towed to delray kia. It took a long time ( 3 weeks) but we wer Al Dopman and his team were great advisors and workers. our optima stop working and was towed to delray kia. I have never received such excellent customer service before. He went the extra mile to make sure my car was serviced properly and minor things were replaced to make sure my auto would function properly. I have recommended friends to visit Kia and check out their models when considering a new auto. The manager Tony is awesome and so was my salesman Patrick. I have driven many luxury cars over the years. This is my second Kia Optima. It's awesome; stylish, economical, and has a great performance on the road. Thank you everyone!!
