I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience than what Kia Delray showed me. Troy, my sales guy was great. Leasing a vehicle at Kia Delray was an efficient and seamless experience. My sales associate Ricky Gould led the process and was on point with every phase of the deal until completion, and I must also s seamless experience. Ricky's product knowledge left nothing unanswered and I sure was a challenging customer requiring more than a bit of education regarding the technical features in the vehicle. Ricky and the KIA dealership has maintained an open line of communication and in turn I feel valued as their customer. I also want to give a shout out to the finance manager who had all his facts in a row, was thorough with discussing the financial aspects of the deal and was fully transparent.
