Andy Smith was our finance person. He was professional and explained all of the details and options with clear language that we could understand. Because they want to keep their customers, they want to treat you right, they are all smiles and so helpful and so pleasant. Every single person that works in this building, in sales and service. I never write Google reviews (literally never) but after visiting literally 15 different dealerships looking at new and used cars, this dealership Kia Delray was outstandingly nice to me and went out of their way to make me feel like I was a valued customer and I had worth. Everything was fine except that Troy told me a final price and it changed to a higher price upon signing everything. They have OK service reps and very slow service techs. My second appointment in two weeks was the deciding factor that I probably won’t be going back.
