Service visit I knew I had a service contract but after 2 years I wasn't sure how much longer it was in effect so when I called to make an appointment, I asked for I knew I had a service contract but after 2 years I wasn't sure how much longer it was in effect so when I called to make an appointment, I asked for a call back on this issue. Robert called back but said he couldn't find my account but to come in and get my service. He had done his homework by the time I got there and then explained the policy I had (which the salesman did not do). He told me I have "Dealer for life" and exactly what that meant and how many more services I had coming. What a revelation! He was so polite and informed and I was truly impressed. In 2 years of service, not one service advisor had told me any of this. Robert is a true gentleman and a great advisor. I hope he stays there. More

2nd Purchase! Excellent Service 5 Stars Sylvester and Neil were wonderful sales reps and very knowledgeable. My wife went in for service on her 2011 Kia Sorento and we left with a 2017 Turbo Sylvester and Neil were wonderful sales reps and very knowledgeable. My wife went in for service on her 2011 Kia Sorento and we left with a 2017 Turbo sx Sportage! So happy with her new car and have recommended several friends and family to Grieco. After telling my Mother in law about Grieco, she went two and purchased a new Kia Ultima a few months back, she loves it.
