Great friendly dealership, Steve was very knowledgeable in his product and DJ gave me a "hot deal". Beat the competition by 1800. They both offered me something to drink as soon as entered the doors. The f in his product and DJ gave me a "hot deal". Beat the competition by 1800. They both offered me something to drink as soon as entered the doors. The facility was very clean and told me that I would receive 150 fee to refer a friend. Would definitely recommend this dealership to all. More
Took a month to get my car paid off they even sent the check to pay off the car to me instead of to the other dealer...ended up having to make an extra car payment on my lease car. Then a payment for the check to pay off the car to me instead of to the other dealer...ended up having to make an extra car payment on my lease car. Then a payment for the new car from Delray Kia before they finally paid off the lease. Called service several times no one gets back to you girl who does answer in service is very nasty, and kept saying "this is" instead of saying the service dept When I asked if I was connected to the service dept she says "this is" in a really nasty tone. Called again trying to get gas flap fixed and answering machine in service was a man this time and he said leave a message and he will get back to you when he is not busy...also took car by one morning at 7:30 and service tech or whatever he is called was very unfriendly. A gentleman who put the paper down in the car said he would fix the flap he tried but next time I needed gas would not open. Needless to say it has been over 72 hours since I called and no one has gotten back to me for the service I need on the gas flap...it is very hard to put gas in the car when you have to beat on the flap a number of times running back to the lever and then to the flap to open it for gas. Guess the final opinion is that they do not need my business or recommendation More
First let us begin with the telephone call I had with Joe, the Interne Manager. During the call I told him I was interested in a certain payment a month, a sedan on good gas mileage, as well as for them Joe, the Interne Manager. During the call I told him I was interested in a certain payment a month, a sedan on good gas mileage, as well as for them to get me out of my current situation. He told me that his dealership had 7-8 different cars and that I should come in. Today I decided to go in to look at the Kia Rio that I had been dreaming of. I walked in was greeted by Joe and another unidentified man who asked me I wanted anything to drink, eat, or if I wanted to go grab pizza with them. I said no no no. After waiting thirty minutes Joe came back and took me out for a test drive in a Kia Forte, not what I asked for, but not the issue. During the entire test drive he was singing and dancing to music rather then telling me different things about this car. When we arrived back to the dealership he sat me down for another hour by myself and said we could definitely do the agreed upon price. After my hour by myself he came to me and said we have great news I can do 350 a month and a 1000 dollars down. Which was never agreed upon in the first place. I told them listen I am going to go grab food you guys make up your minds. Joe then said wait a minute and told his boss he was coming to eat with me. I told him absoutely not when we arrived out to my car and he then made me sign a piece of paper stating I would take the Kia Rio for 310 a month automatic if he could get me the price today. He also stipulated that we will go out to dinner as well. After pretending I did not hear the dinner comment we went back inside for another 20 minutes of waiting where he said he could not do the Rio, but a used forte. I told him to get back to me because I was going to go eat dinner. Which he invited himself to again. I then left the dealership under the assumption that he would text me to tell me any news. Ten minutes later he texted me and told me it was 275 a month with 2000 down. Did not mention the type of car or the fact that I was disgusted by 1000 down. He just mentioned "my boss worked really hard". I said absoutely not and he then said O wait this is _______ sorry wrong customer. He then proceeded to ask me where I went to eat and said they were running the numbers of now a fourth car that I was not even shown. I told him I was at another dealer in order to get something out of him besides a date, in which turn he said he could throw numbers out all day but my monetary income was not enough on paper. Bottom line: He knew how much I made in the first five minutes of the conversation. He just beat around the bush to ask me out to dinner as much as humanly possible. Three hours and a disgusted feeling in my stomach I have no numbers and I will never recommend Delray Kia to any of my girlfriends. Note to any woman do not go here without your significant others. He also decided to mention how bad West Palm Beach Kia was, in all honesty I would rather West Palm then these individuals. More
I went into Delray Kia, where I purchased my 2007 Audi A4, yesterday. The keys were somehow "stuck" in the ignition. The car would drive, but despite the best efforts of my husband, myself and a friend w A4, yesterday. The keys were somehow "stuck" in the ignition. The car would drive, but despite the best efforts of my husband, myself and a friend who worked on cars - we could not release the key from the ignition. I took my car to Delray Kia, where I purchased it and I was greeted with no empathy and offered no assistance of any kind. The guy who "helped" was a heavy set man, young, greenish eyes, sandy hair, who wore a white button down shirt with the Kia Logo and khaki pants. He did not have on a name tag. When I told him the issue, he asked, "Did you buy the car 'as-is'?" I stated that I had, however, I had only purchased it 2 months ago and regardless surely someone could help me? He responded by telling me that this wan not an Audi dealership, so there was nothing he could do. He did not attempt to ask anyone else if they might help me, nor did he even offer to look at the car and see what the issue might be. If you buy your car from here - new or used - be wary of the follow-up assistance you may receive. More
FALSE ADVERTISMENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I ASKED FOR A MANUAL SOUL AND THEY TOLD ME 15,000 WHEN IT WAS ADVERTISED FOR 10,000. I visited this dealer in February 2012 to look at a used Honda. After test driving the vehicle, they took my car to appraise for a trade value. When they came back to "negotiate", the price of the used ca Honda. After test driving the vehicle, they took my car to appraise for a trade value. When they came back to "negotiate", the price of the used car was $2500 more than advertised. Buried on page 5 of the internet ad was the small print stating $2500 was assumed as cash and trade equity. Their ad even uses the deceptive price to compare to KBB and other local cars for sale! It was a clearly deceptive pricing strategy. Their hope is to have you fall in love with the car and overlook the sudden increase in price. When I complained to the sales manager, he responded "all the dealers do it". Based on principle, I would never do business with them. More
Went with cash in hand to purchase a used car. The one they showed me they were asking 4,000 above Blue book price. They treated me horribly when they found I knew the true value of the car. They insulted they showed me they were asking 4,000 above Blue book price. They treated me horribly when they found I knew the true value of the car. They insulted me by taking money off and then adding it back into other areas. They were inflating the car extensively and listing charges for the car that were not relevant. I contacted local area dealerships and other Kia dealerships as well to double check their processes and procedures and they explained that many people have complained about this KIA Dealership. The demeaning and blatant circus behavior I received and the process overall I would consider SLIPPERY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! More
They had me come down there after calling on an advertisment on their homepage on a sunday. When I got there I was shown a lesser model and a list of qualification questions that are almost impossi advertisment on their homepage on a sunday. When I got there I was shown a lesser model and a list of qualification questions that are almost impossible to qualify for. They are not nice prople when you ask them for the deal they advertise. 2012 Kia Sportage MSRP $23,936 for $16,999. That MSRP is for the EX model, they show you the LX model and say they dont have any EX models. Ha Ha. The worst part is they won't remove the ad. I would choose a different Kia dealer. For what its worth. More
I love the Kia Sportage that I bought! I got a great deal and everyone was very friendly. Ivan took his time showing me many parts of the car even after the dealership closed. He was very helpful. There are and everyone was very friendly. Ivan took his time showing me many parts of the car even after the dealership closed. He was very helpful. There are only a couple improvements that would've made my experience better. For one, the time it took to get the great deal I received took approximately 5 hours. Also, there were minor mistakes I caught in the paperwork, which if I was not an informed customer this may have been a problem. I had an appointment with two other salespeople which I did not see so it was pointless to make the appointment. These are only minor details. My overall experience was good enough to return in the future. I also recommended this particular dealership to friends and family. One neighbor told me she was planning on visiting the same week to look for her own to test drive. More

He knew a lot about the Sorento and was not pushy at all. It was a pleasure buying a car from him and everyone at the dealership was very helpful. More
