At first we weren't able to make a deal because I was a young first time buyer with barely any credit but the team worked with me and in the end did everything they could to get me into something that was not only safe to drive, but affordable. I'd recommend going to this dealership because the men there are wonderful (Amir and Nelson being my helpers) and I traded in my ratty old 04 Rio for certified preowned 2010 Soul. I love and it and I'll definitely go back to them when the time is right. Thank you for a wonderful experience guys! More

Worst Service Department EVER!!! I was sold a maintenance package at time of purchase that included a car wash every time i came in for service and a one year full detail of the vehicle... Needles to say they sold me a package which was discontinued and when i gave them 10 Months to come clean they wouldn't even offer me anything to make it better, or for my troubles. BE CAREFUL with Russel the service Manager who has yet to return my calls or messages at that. Auto door locks failed. Kia replaced one lock drivers side and pronounced the job complete. Locks still do not work. Cost of service $1200.00. Customer is 86 years old. I checked out Delray Kia online and saw a 2013 Sorento EX I was interested in. I called and told them I only wanted a white car with beige leather interior, nav system, etc. They told me they had one that pe I was interested in. I called and told them I only wanted a white car with beige leather interior, nav system, etc. They told me they had one that perfectly filled those requests and sent me an email showing the exact car. The person then asked if I wanted to come in and test drive the car. I said yes and made an appt for 5:15 the next day. I received at least 10 phone calls that next day from various people confirming my appt. I asked them why they had to call so many times to confirm an appt and that I couldn't really keep being disturbed at work. I was told to ask for DJ on every phone call so when I got there at 5:15 and asked for DJ, I was surprised when he said "oh, anyone can help you." There were a bunch of young salesmen just hanging around and no one knew who I was or what I was there for. So I had to start from scratch and tell them what car I was looking for. The young man left the "showroom" (I use that term loosely as there were only two cars in the showroom") and was gone for about 20 minutes. I asked them what was going on and that I was surprised the car I was coming to test drive wasn't out front ready for me, especially considering the amount of confirmation phone calls i received. After 20 minutes, the young man said he finally located the car I wanted, a used 2011 with 29,000 miles! I asked him if he was joking and showed him the email I received detailing the brand new 2013 EX. The "manager" then said, "oh, gee, I just swapped out that car this afternoon." They are unprofessional, liars, and it is not a place I would ever buy a car. I went directly across the street and purchased a 2012 Cadillac SRX for only a few thousand dollars more. The people at Cadillac were so nice, professional and courteous - something this Kia dealership really lacks. I would just caution anyone to do their due diligence before going there and if you suspect you are being played with, leave immediately. More
