Great Buying and Service Experience I took delivery of my 2015 Kia Sportage EX at the end of September of 2014. The entire leasing process was a very pleasant surprise from test ride to I took delivery of my 2015 Kia Sportage EX at the end of September of 2014. The entire leasing process was a very pleasant surprise from test ride to paperwork. This was made possible by a very knowledgeable and helpful sales rep, Nelson Baez, who took a personal interest in the entire transaction. My first service on the vehicle was equally easy and pleasant from setting the appointment to a very short wait to get my vehicle serviced and returned. This was made so by Debbie Roetzel, Ike and John in the Service area. In addition to the sales and service experiences Grieco Kia also hosted a Customer Appreciation Night where customers were able to meet Sales, Service and Administrative staff who were able to address any questions people had about their vehicles. There was also a very nice spread of "finger food" and beverages. If you want to be treated fairly and courteously by a knowledgeable staff I would certainly recommend you visit Grieco Kia. More

Worst ATTEMPTED car buying experience EVER Worst ATTEMPTED car buying experience ever at Grieco Kia Delray Beach! Came in with an ad from AutoTrader.com for a SPECIFIC car. First was told that Worst ATTEMPTED car buying experience ever at Grieco Kia Delray Beach! Came in with an ad from AutoTrader.com for a SPECIFIC car. First was told that the car we wanted to buy wasn't the one in the ad. Then, admitted it was. Made an offer and the "General Manager" came over. Very patronizing, condescending and rude, speaking to us like we were idiots who couldn't understand how to buy a car. Clearly didn't want to sell the car at the advertised price and threw up all kinds of criteria, some of which we obviously did not meet (like active military). Instead of just saying he couldn't sell the car at that price, eventually telling us we had to leave. Went down the street to Phil Smith Kia and bought the same car for the advertised price, no questions asked, pleasant and helpful staff. Julian, our salesman at Grieco, was cheated out of a commission for a sale that the Manager killed! I hope he gets it anyway, he worked hard and was very helpful and informative. He deserves his commission!! There will be only NEGATIVE recommendations from me and my family! More

Misleading and Dishonest I saw what I thought was a good deal on a used Nissan Maxima online. Maria called me to confirm appointment. I specifically asked her to verify that vehicle is still available and physically present on the car lot. She confirmed it is present and available for sale. I left an important business meeting, drove for over 2 hours ,wasted $60 in gas and 2 hours of my life only to find out that the vehicle is not there. Obviously no regards for customers needs and time and does not know the meaning of customer service. To add insult to injury, management seemed aware of this underhand technique to lure customers in their dealership and as if that's not enough, management tried to get me into another car. Horrible experience. More

Well, when we asked the price they quoted us more than $1,000 over the online price. We showed them the online price and they seemed upset we knew it. Then, they tried to tag on $800 in dealer fees, as well a $200 in stolen car insurance I didn't want. A rude dealership I would not recommend. What a bait and switch. More

Not to mention the new sportages, fortes paint looks like an orange. Had a sportage with same issue. Dealer ( not GRIECO) could not resolve issue. Later I found to be a loose microphone. It is frustrating; however the issue starts at the factory. The issue with GRIECO is that to them profit is more important than customer satisfaction. When a personnel goes the extra mile to get the job done right, they get replaced because it is impacting profits. - Other than than they are very fair More
