He was excellent in providing me details about the new Kia Soul. He was cordial and concerned about getting everything right. I found the car that I wanted. Mitch pulled the car around to take me for a test ride; which was the right thing to do. I declined because I had little time and wanted to get to the paperwork...knowing there is so much paperwork in buying a car. Mitch wanted me to be comfortable...he brought me water, some snacks...I did not have to ask for these. This is the sign of an excellent salesperson. He had me approved at where I wanted to be...no time was wasted! Within 1 hour, I was driving away in my new car and he took the trade in at what I wanted so there was no hassle in doing this major purchase.
