Used Car manager does not know the 1st thing about what a trade is worth($3000.00 away from what 2 other dealerships offered)NOT EVEN CLOSE (HE must think all consumers are stupid!!!!, customer needs to do t trade is worth($3000.00 away from what 2 other dealerships offered)NOT EVEN CLOSE (HE must think all consumers are stupid!!!!, customer needs to do their own research before comming to this dealership. sales managers here are arragant, unfriendly, and totaly unprofessesional. sales person was VERY NICE, But I believe he was taken direction from unquilified Managment. I would not Purchase a set of tires from this Dealership, DO YOUR HOMEWORK, SHOP AROUND, THEN MAKE DECISION. Also as we were leaving I overheard same complaint from another customer(they also left) THEY MUST LOSE A LOT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE OF SALES MANAGERS. More
My only complaint is that I wanted to agree to a price. Absolutely fantastic experience. I went to buy my first car and they were helpful with everything. They did everything they could for me to buy a brand new car. Three days ago I decided to take a stop by Delray Kia to check out their latest offerings. I had seen a few ads about the new Optima during the superbowl and the car is attractive in both aesthetics and pr check out their latest offerings. I had seen a few ads about the new Optima during the superbowl and the car is attractive in both aesthetics and price. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted emphatically by Mr. Fails, right off the bat I knew I wasn't going to feel pressured about my visit. Mr. Fails was more than happy to show me the Optima and a few of their other offerings (Soul). His knowledge about the vehicle, and genuine belief in Kia's products and warranty were extremely reassuring. I was surprised about Kias warranty and safety. Although I did not purchase the vehicle that day, when I do decided to purchase a vehicle in the future I can safely say I would be more than happy to work with Joe. What a clean and friendly dealership, and an exceptional staff. I recommend stopping by Delray Kia to anyone looking for a safe affordable vehicle in today's economy. More

I had no real intention of purchasing a car when I looked at the KIA Soul, on Wednesday, February 16th of this year. My boss and his wife (who are also close friends) were with me, and the objective was jus at the KIA Soul, on Wednesday, February 16th of this year. My boss and his wife (who are also close friends) were with me, and the objective was just to see if I was comfortable getting in and out of the car as well as driving it. I am disabled, and have a difficult time. We met Mr. Fails at the door, and he was very accommodating and helpful. We test drove the car and all agreed to 'go for it'. Your salesman (Mr. Fails) and your finance department were so helpful in making a very affordable arrangement for me. I never thought it could happen that I could get a brand new car! The Soul, itself is (as my boss' wife puts it) really funky and fun to ride in. It has every possible amenity I was looking for, especially a handle above the driver's side door for me to use getting in and out. The programs (warranties and services) offered are awesome, and the overall experience had me 'driving' on air all week. Prior to this past Wednesday, I had a 1998 Plymough Neon. It was so low to the ground and i was so brutal trying to get in and out of the car that I leterally dreaded the thought of going to work and fighting that prospect each day. Now...it is a pure pleasure getting into, driving and getting out of this car. I would most definitely send people to Delray KIA, for the quality, the benefits, the prices and mostly for the exceptional service. Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the experience.
