Very bad experience with car sale! I bought the car from out of state and had bill of sale and had already completed the loan and I was waiting for the car or be shipped. The general manager sold the car out from underneath me because he got a better offer and said he didn't know of the sale. I had bill of sale and all of the written proof of purchasing this vehicle, but they did not care. They said they had the title and could do what they wanted to do. More

"The Wow Factor" My wife and I stopped in the dealership on Saturday 7/11/15 to look at the Forte 5 Turbo. We have already been a owner of a 2012 Kia Forte Koup and lo My wife and I stopped in the dealership on Saturday 7/11/15 to look at the Forte 5 Turbo. We have already been a owner of a 2012 Kia Forte Koup and looking for a four door. We where met by Patrick Germain who showed us a stock Forte 5 to get a idea of the features that the car offer's. We were looking for a specific color and turbo package. This is when the team went into action to locate the car. They said they could not locate one know but give them till Monday and they will find what we where looking for. Patrick called my wife Monday afternoon to tell here they located one and it would be there Wednesday. We showed up on Wednesday and my wife and I where Wowed. Not only was it what we wanted but more. The price of the car stayed the same and would recommend them to anyone who asked. Our salesmen did what it took to please his customer. Tami Schiessler went out of her way over the phones to walk me through the buying experience. This was my first time buying a car and I'd heard horror stories about crooked dealerships. This was nothing like that! When I met with my salesman Josh Wagner he instantly put my fears to rest. During the test drive he told me all about the cars features and even set up my Bluetooth. But the hospitality didn't stop there. After I purchased the car I noticed the alignment was off. Tami got me an apt the next day to have it fixed. There was no headache, no cost, no drama! Even a month later when going to pick up my tags josh stopped what he was doing to check on the car and me. I recommend this dealership to my employers son who had been searching for a car for months before college. She happily reported the same feelings and drive off the lot that day.
