Sylvester Jackson offered his assistance, kindly answering all my questions. Introducted me to the Soul, and the various vehicles on the lot. He offered me a test ride. (I was not looking to buy a car, little did I know, it was such a "fun" experience and the staff all assisted me without "swarming".
