Customer service was great! Just recently leased a vehicle from Grieco Kia of Delray Beach. My financial situation is challenged to say the least. Mike Snow was extremely helpful Just recently leased a vehicle from Grieco Kia of Delray Beach. My financial situation is challenged to say the least. Mike Snow was extremely helpful, he listened to my wants and needs in a vehicle and offered several options to allow me to drive away in a 2016 Kia Sorento! A couple of days later I needed to return since the satellite radio was not working properly, at this time he spent well over an hour with me and the phone customer service to ensure it was working. He again was attentive and would not rest until the matter was taken care of. During the initial visit I observed other sales people and noticed they were not pushy, aggressive and genuinely listened to each customers needs and wants. I will definitely recommend Grieco Kia and especially Mike Snow to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More
