This makes my third optima from grieco Kia. Patrick met me and my wife at the door with a big smile and quickly took us to my car that I requested. Patrick could not have done anything better, he was wonderful, efficient, professional, and has a great sense of humor. My wife has a had time sitting after multiple back surgeries, so Patrick recommended the comfortable couches for her to rest on. I love my new Kia, Patrick worked on my behalf to get a real spare tire for my car in addition to my sons car. Thanks again and we will see you in three yrs. More

Great Customer Service!!! I purchased my vehicle from this dealership (2015 Sorento) and I get service done here as well. That being said, every time I phone them or come in e I purchased my vehicle from this dealership (2015 Sorento) and I get service done here as well. That being said, every time I phone them or come in everyone is very welcoming. I have been coming here for years and the lovely Debbie helps me with everything, even if I don't quite know what I want or need. Everyone is so patient with me and really just care about the customer. The front of the house is very important, that is Debbie, she is the first one you talk to the phone and one of the first people you see when entering the building. She is always smiling and is always polite to everyone. This last visit was because I heard an odd sound coming from under the hood, Alan was so great with me while I tried to explain the sound to him, bless his heart. If you have any doubts about going to this location, I challenge you to check it out. I promise you will not be disappointed. When it is time, we will be purchasing our next vehicle from here as well. More

Mr. Watts gave a a warm welcome. We were shown several Kia Souls (which is the vehicle I really wanted.). After deciding to purchase the Soul, Mr. Watts took care of us very well including offering snacks and drinks while we waited.
