I am always prepared for the worst when entering a dealership. The minute I entered the parking lot I was greeted with smiles and handshakes. This heightens my feeling of impending doom. I knew the car I wanted and had the tools and knowledge to negotiate a deal. My salesman was Neil Kaplan. He treated me with respect, listened to my wants and guided me each step in the process of my purchase. My experience with Mr. Kaplan has forever altered my past negative opinion of car salesman ( sorry to be so honest). I wish he could be cloned and that everyone could have the same satisfying experience that I had.
