I am SO PISSED! My business partner and I are ready to purchase a new Optima. We go in the first day, drive the Optima - LOVED IT - so the next day my partner and his wife go in and drive one again - the purchase a new Optima. We go in the first day, drive the Optima - LOVED IT - so the next day my partner and his wife go in and drive one again - they loved it. We were working with Sam. The following day I called DJ (a manager) first thing in the morning to let him know I wanted not just one for my partner, but a second car for me. I get voice mail. Left a message, no call back. So I send email about 30 minutes later. The email I get back says Sam will get with us on pricing. 4 hours later, I call back because I haven't heard from anyone. Sam gets on the phone and tells me "Sorry, I'm busy with customers."....what the heck am I? So 2 more hours go by, and he finally calls me back with pricing. A good price for both cars...OK, the price made up for the frustration...so I tell Sam that I'll leave work and we (my business partner and I) will come in and sign and drive. So we left work and went to the dealership...I again have to wait for Sam, but I decided to take the car for a ride again to kill time...loved it, ready to go! At that point, Sam tells us that he doesn't have the models in stock that we wanted: the SX with the Navi/Tech system. Tells me that he can get the cars here in 48 hours. Now I'm VERY disappointed. I left work early and so did my partner which COSTS US MONEY, when he could have told us everything over the phone and we could have stayed at work. So then he asks what colors we want...I wanted white, my partner the silver. I fill out the credit app, and then give him my Amex to charge $250/vehicle DEPOSIT to get the cars here. Not happy about that, but OK, they still don't believe I'm serious I guess. Sam disappears for another 10 minutes and comes back and tells me he can't locate either of those colors within a 50 mile radius. OK, now I"m getting really angry...so I go to the manager, and find myself surrounded by Sam, the manager I knew, and some other big guy who says he's the manager too, and told me with his mean-face that I have to pick other colors. At that point I had enough. I was tricked into the dealership. They clearly knew they didn't have anything in stock for me, They tried to get me to sign on something without giving me the pricing in writing. I took my credit card back, and told them I'll go elsewhere. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! I was planning on driving a new car home, so on top of everything else, I had to burden someone to take me home afterwards. There's something to be said about honesty and integrity...maybe the owner of Delray KIA should look it up and pass on the definition to his staff. I won't be back, and probably will not buy a KIA now because of this terrible experience. More
Delray Kia was by far one of the best car dealerships i have ever been to. I have purchased many cars over the years, and never have i had service quite as exceptional. I worked with Gary B. he was so pati have ever been to. I have purchased many cars over the years, and never have i had service quite as exceptional. I worked with Gary B. he was so patient and very knowledgeable of the product. For every question there was educated answer. He worked for a couple of days with us, never giving up hope or giving less than his all to make us satisfied customers. He approached us with a calm, no hassle way which made us feel like he was on our team, never once did we feel pressured by him or obligated. We also had the pleasure of working with Dj and Tyler the managers of Delray Kia. They were very helpful and fair. Felt like we were respected as customers not just another sale. We got a great deal on our 2012 optima ex. We are overall extremely happy with our experience at Delray Kia. My family and I recommend this dealership no matter if your looking for a Kia or a used vehicle. No matter how much or time and money spent,it will be worth spending at this amazing car dealership. The whole process overall was easy, painless and in fact quite enjoyable, Delray Kia will be our dealership for life. More

I leased a 2011 Optima in October of 2011 after a cross country move. The salesman I worked with, Andrew Mc Brinn was knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel very comfortable with my leasing experience. I country move. The salesman I worked with, Andrew Mc Brinn was knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel very comfortable with my leasing experience. I never felt pressured, and remember it being a very positive experience. My job requires me to drive all over Broward County and in 8 months I was racking up close to 12,000 miles. When I brought it in recently for scheduled maintenance, I discussed my high mileage with the service manager and another salesman, and he suggested I look into upgrading to a newer model. Andrew was working that day, so we discussed upgrading to a 2013 Optima. It seemed like a good choice to do the upgrade so I went ahead with it. Once again, Andrew made the new leasing experience pleasurable with no pressure and I am enjoying my new car! I am already seeing a difference in gas mileage! This is why I have rated Del Ray Kia and Andrew Mc Brinn so highly! Thanks again! ~Jamie W. More

Great friendly dealership, Steve was very knowledgeable in his product and DJ gave me a "hot deal". Beat the competition by 1800. They both offered me something to drink as soon as entered the doors. Took a month to get my car paid off they even sent the check to pay off the car to me instead of to the other dealer...ended up having to make an extra car payment on my lease car. Then a payment for the check to pay off the car to me instead of to the other dealer...ended up having to make an extra car payment on my lease car. Then a payment for the new car from Delray Kia before they finally paid off the lease. Called service several times no one gets back to you girl who does answer in service is very nasty, and kept saying "this is" instead of saying the service dept When I asked if I was connected to the service dept she says "this is" in a really nasty tone. Called again trying to get gas flap fixed and answering machine in service was a man this time and he said leave a message and he will get back to you when he is not busy...also took car by one morning at 7:30 and service tech or whatever he is called was very unfriendly. A gentleman who put the paper down in the car said he would fix the flap he tried but next time I needed gas would not open. Needless to say it has been over 72 hours since I called and no one has gotten back to me for the service I need on the gas flap...it is very hard to put gas in the car when you have to beat on the flap a number of times running back to the lever and then to the flap to open it for gas. Guess the final opinion is that they do not need my business or recommendation More
First let us begin with the telephone call I had with Joe, the Interne Manager. During the call I told him I was interested in a certain payment a month, a sedan on good gas mileage, as well as for them Joe, the Interne Manager. During the call I told him I was interested in a certain payment a month, a sedan on good gas mileage, as well as for them to get me out of my current situation. He told me that his dealership had 7-8 different cars and that I should come in. Today I decided to go in to look at the Kia Rio that I had been dreaming of. I walked in was greeted by Joe and another unidentified man who asked me I wanted anything to drink, eat, or if I wanted to go grab pizza with them. I said no no no. After waiting thirty minutes Joe came back and took me out for a test drive in a Kia Forte, not what I asked for, but not the issue. During the entire test drive he was singing and dancing to music rather then telling me different things about this car. When we arrived back to the dealership he sat me down for another hour by myself and said we could definitely do the agreed upon price. After my hour by myself he came to me and said we have great news I can do 350 a month and a 1000 dollars down. Which was never agreed upon in the first place. I told them listen I am going to go grab food you guys make up your minds. Joe then said wait a minute and told his boss he was coming to eat with me. I told him absoutely not when we arrived out to my car and he then made me sign a piece of paper stating I would take the Kia Rio for 310 a month automatic if he could get me the price today. He also stipulated that we will go out to dinner as well. After pretending I did not hear the dinner comment we went back inside for another 20 minutes of waiting where he said he could not do the Rio, but a used forte. I told him to get back to me because I was going to go eat dinner. Which he invited himself to again. I then left the dealership under the assumption that he would text me to tell me any news. Ten minutes later he texted me and told me it was 275 a month with 2000 down. Did not mention the type of car or the fact that I was disgusted by 1000 down. He just mentioned "my boss worked really hard". I said absoutely not and he then said O wait this is _______ sorry wrong customer. He then proceeded to ask me where I went to eat and said they were running the numbers of now a fourth car that I was not even shown. I told him I was at another dealer in order to get something out of him besides a date, in which turn he said he could throw numbers out all day but my monetary income was not enough on paper. Bottom line: He knew how much I made in the first five minutes of the conversation. He just beat around the bush to ask me out to dinner as much as humanly possible. Three hours and a disgusted feeling in my stomach I have no numbers and I will never recommend Delray Kia to any of my girlfriends. Note to any woman do not go here without your significant others. He also decided to mention how bad West Palm Beach Kia was, in all honesty I would rather West Palm then these individuals. More
I went into Delray Kia, where I purchased my 2007 Audi A4, yesterday. The keys were somehow "stuck" in the ignition. The car would drive, but despite the best efforts of my husband, myself and a friend w A4, yesterday. The keys were somehow "stuck" in the ignition. The car would drive, but despite the best efforts of my husband, myself and a friend who worked on cars - we could not release the key from the ignition. I took my car to Delray Kia, where I purchased it and I was greeted with no empathy and offered no assistance of any kind. The guy who "helped" was a heavy set man, young, greenish eyes, sandy hair, who wore a white button down shirt with the Kia Logo and khaki pants. He did not have on a name tag. When I told him the issue, he asked, "Did you buy the car 'as-is'?" I stated that I had, however, I had only purchased it 2 months ago and regardless surely someone could help me? He responded by telling me that this wan not an Audi dealership, so there was nothing he could do. He did not attempt to ask anyone else if they might help me, nor did he even offer to look at the car and see what the issue might be. If you buy your car from here - new or used - be wary of the follow-up assistance you may receive. More
