By far one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. Car was advertised at $9000. After contacting the dealer and discussing an out the door price they quoted of $10,000, they reneged on the deal with. Car was advertised at $9000. After contacting the dealer and discussing an out the door price they quoted of $10,000, they reneged on the deal and turned around with dealer fees of over $1500 (NOT including tax and motor vehicle fees) The only thing you can trust about this dealership is that the advertised price is only there as a way to lure you in. So frustrated by my experience with Kia of Delray Beach, Fl. I bought a brand new Kia Sportage a month ago and I still don't have my car! We completed the entire sale process and I was so happy to get my ne Fl. I bought a brand new Kia Sportage a month ago and I still don't have my car! We completed the entire sale process and I was so happy to get my new car and it came in with a broken BlueTooth microphone and a large paint chip in the driver's door. No problem - things happen. I brought it back for service to have these things fixed. Had to come back three times before they would see me, despite talking to my salesman in advance that I was coming - and I live a 1/2 hour away and work more than full time. The service department was rude from moment one. It took forever to get someone to look at the car - they spent two minutes and said there was nothing they could do for the bluetooth. It took talking to three people, an hour and the salesman again to get them to agree to fix the bluetooth. But I would have to come back another day for the fix and to fix the paint. They said they would have to keep the car all day and did not want to provide a loaner. They told me to come by first thing in the morning to drop the car off and someone would take me to work. Called on my way and apparently they did not have time that day and had to turn around and go back. I said that I would need a loaner and they told me I would have to wait. Week later, still no loaner. Finally get a call back from my salesman who is asking me to complete the customer satisfaction survey - I explained to him why it was not done. Felt so offended that he was begging me for a survey and I did not even have my new car working yet! He finally got me a loaner and it has been several days. After following up with the service department several times and speaking to frankly rude reps, I was told the car was ready and came down on my lunch break. Got there and the paint ding was still there. Fought with the service department that there was nothing that could be done. Had to talk to the general manager and leave my car again to get it fixed. It has been a month and I still don't have my new car! This is ridiculous. It is the first time I have ever bought a brand new car and Kia has totally ruined that special experience for me. I have owned several Kia's but with this level of rude customer service as though I was bothering them to just get my car fixed, I have had enough. They have been rude, careless and flippant - as though once they sold me the car, they could not bother with me after. If this is how Kia treats their customers, I don't want to be one anymore. Will definitely not be taking it back to Kia to service. Last Kia car ever. More

the day befoe we went to this dealership we were at a competitor's shop. we did not like their attitude and the treatment given to us. on the advice of a friend (who had bought a kia from the delray ba competitor's shop. we did not like their attitude and the treatment given to us. on the advice of a friend (who had bought a kia from the delray based kia motors) we went to the delray shop. we were greeted cordially and dealt with a very nice sales consultant (neil kaplan). he pointed out the benefits of leasing a kia, and answered all questions ( we had quite a few). he took us to the lot and showed us a fine display of autos. after spending a good deal of time with him we decided that a kia was a car for us. we were told about the service we would have, and were told we could come in or call up any time with questions about the use of the product.. we took the car , moved everything from our car that was being turned over to kia motors. neil helped us with that too. the financial work was done very well,and explained to us so we could understand everything. we received e mails thanking us, received a very nice card of thanks from neil and a swell call from a sales manager named scott. we have been driving it now for a week or so and are extremely pleased. More
My wife and I chose the brand and went to the Kia dealer most convenient to our home. Then the surprises started... The sales men out front were friendly, witty and observant. Jeff stepped up and intros and welcome and inside for some simple talk about our plan for our visit. We gave him the budget we wanted to work with and the type of vehicle we were looking for. We talked and test drove and found what we went for, then went back and forth on price till we both found a number we could live with. Never a tense moment and we were closer to our low number than there high one. Overall friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and no pressure at any stage. 4th new car purchase and it was the easiest of all of them. Thx Jeff! Thx Steve & Cris More

At first we weren't able to make a deal because I was a young first time buyer with barely any credit but the team worked with me and in the end did everything they could to get me into something that was not only safe to drive, but affordable. I'd recommend going to this dealership because the men there are wonderful (Amir and Nelson being my helpers) and I traded in my ratty old 04 Rio for certified preowned 2010 Soul. I love and it and I'll definitely go back to them when the time is right. Thank you for a wonderful experience guys! More
